In many ways, ANTI is a step in the right direction for Rihanna, creatively. The album sounds like her Instagram account, which is probably the purest representation of her once you erase the Samsung ads.

Getting back to form
Eminem is getting back to form with this release, it's not up to his early standards but is getting close, the quality, speed and vocal dexterity of his rapping has never been in question but the material hasn't always been the best. This is an improvement.

The one thing it does lack is a song with a musical chorus to break up the rap - he has done this well with Dido and Rihanna in the past and something like this would have been a big plus...

Definately an album that has a replay factor, and not a one listen and put away disc.

Chris Brown finally dropped his monster 45-track album 'Heartbreak On A Full Moon', while N.E.R.D. are set to make a massive comeback with their new Rihanna-featured single 'Lemon' leading the way.

Migos, 21 Savage, Skepta, Not3s and more have also delivered some incredible new material for you to listen to and enjoy this month.

November is serving up a serious amount of new music, with all eyes on Eminem in anticipation for his long-awaited ninth studio album, supposedly titled 'Revival'.

From Katy Perry to Coldplay and Miley Cyrus, 2017 has been marked by some lowlights from the biggest names in music. But that has left room open for some new voices like Cardi B and Dua Lipa to make stunning debuts on a massive scale.

Of course, some perennial favourites like Rihanna, Drake, and Carly Rae Jepsen are still churning out the quality hits as they've always done. Here are the best pop songs of 2017 so far, according to Esquire.

Decent heist film
I didn't see any reviews before seeing this so I had an open mind. I didn't expect much but found it enjoyable enough as a fan of the the other films. The cast is overall impressive, although Helena Bonham Carter was a bit panto and Rihanna doesn't have many lines. I thought James Corden was miscast as the insurance investigator. Cate Blanchet and Anne Hathaway stood out the most.
It doesn't have the Razmatazz and humour of the original, but it did have a couple of ties to the other films. Don't expect anything too deep or meaningful and you should enjoy it.

"I remember the single 'Holiday' landing, I put it on and thought, 'There's something there. It's a bit wonky, a bit dancy but I don't know if it's for me. I'll go back to it'. The next day I went back to it and played it again and decided to play it on air. And by the time I played it on air, I thought, 'This is good.' So when I got the album and lived with it I ended up thinking it was one of the great albums and I've come to regard Joe Mount as one of the greatest pop writers in the world. For these ears anyway, although I'm sure people who like Rihanna will disagree."
