I kinda get why this was subtitled 'A Mad Max saga'.
That was to get the punters in.
I kinda don't.
He isn't in it, in either incarnation (Mel Gibson, or Tom Hardy)
Instead, we have a prequel to the breakout character from Fury Road - that of Imperator Furiosa - but here re-cast to be played by Anya Taylor-Joy instead of by Charlize Theron.
This also takes place over a longer period of time - something like 15 years - than Fury Road does, and so sacrifices the break-neck speed of that previous film for something a bit more sedate.
We also, here, have Chris Hemsworth absolutely chewing up the scenery (and loving every second of it!) as the villain Dementus!

If you love a twist, or two!
I Let You Go grabs you from the start. As you follow the main character down one path, a few twists are thrown in and you are going down a completely different road. I love a book with twists you don't see coming. This keeps you guessing until the end!

Teen Spirit is another in a line of films that have come out lately about the rocky road to stardom, and there was potential for it to be able to say something different enough that it could have stood beside its competition proudly, but it fails to even merit a comparison.

Sweet coming of age movie plus road movie dakota fanning is brillant as wendy who has autism and living in a care home who is also a massive star trek fan who decides to write star trek story for a competion. Overall great movie with support from alice eve and toni collette thumbs up
