"The most memorable book present in my life has to be Rosemary Sutcliffe’s marvelous The Chronicles of Robin Hood. My parents bought it for my seventh birthday to wean me off James Bond, gunfighters and martial arts. It didn’t succeed, but it was the first book that moved be enough to make me cry."

Christopher Robin (2018)
2018 | Adventure, Animation, Comedy
Christopher Robin (2018) is less a celebration of childhood innocence than an inquest into parental guilt. #Review
Disney’s latest live-action reinterpretation of its hallowed back catalogue is also easily one of its most muddled, despite the fact it's treading a very similar path to the one “Hook” forged nearly thirty years ago...

Boring and slow
This iteration of Robin Hood brings nothing new or better to the table. The movie moves at a snails pace and and even the action scenes were stale and predictable. If you really like Taron Egerton, skip the theater and watch it at home.

I won this book from a Goodreads giveaway (it is beautifully signed by Robin Gregory and it hilariously was “sent” from the fainting goat farm. I was hesitant of the book when I first started it but the further I got the more I loved little Moojie and wanted to see good things happen to him.
