Awesome script.
Serious underworld thriller
Ronin is a mysterious and serious crime type thriller which takes the viewers into the arena of the crime underworld. An seemingly ex CIA agent named Sam (De Niro) throws his lot in with a group brought together by an Irish Terrorist played by Natascha McElhone. Their task is to steal a suitcase from a dangerous Russian gang. Unfortunately not all goes to plan. There are two great stand out performances by De Niro and Jean Reno but, I thought McElhone and Sean Bean were very good also. There is great action and an especially fast car scene that has Sean Bean spill his lunch. An excellent film.

Finally got round to seeing this, been meaning to for years! This is a very enjoyable action/thriller centered around a hunt for an elusive hitman. The emphasis is definitely on the action, seeing Willis go through about 10 different looks as a master of disguise was fun. The tension builds as the day of the hit gets closer, will the FBI and Russian agents be able to stop him? This has a great cast including Richard Gere, Sidney Poitier and even Jack Black makes an early film appearance. The whole Manhunt, assassin films have been done bigger and better since this was made. However this is still a classy enjoyable film.

Review of The Voyages of Marco Polo
I’ve waited a long time for a Marco Polo themed game that would pique my interest, The Voyages of Marco Polo manages to do that and more, which in today’s Cult of the New climate is quite a feat.

Coming from Hans im Glück Verlags-GmbH, renowned for such Euro classics as El Grande, Carcassonne and the recent Russian Railroads, I expected nothing less than a solid resource management game. I was quite anxious to try the game out when I heard about it and I’m glad that it has exceeded my expectations.
