Well, that was a brave move by Disney Pixar.

Remember the old Beano/Dandy cartoon The Numskulls? This takes a superficially similar approach, following the emotions (who are given form) of a young girl named Riley after her family move to a new city.

Typical top-notch animation with a message at its core - in this case, that every emotion (even Sadness) has its place - from Pixar

I just read certain chapters that I need for research. It has many heart-warming moments and sadness with the death of soldiers. All soldiers are heroes-weather they are rewarded or not.

I've gotten a few people saying they'd like to see my poems, so... here's one! It's quite depressing.

It's called Poised.


She walked through the halls,
Her chin held high,
Yet sadness evident,
In her eyes.

She walked with poise,
An elegance, a grace.
And cold inexpression
On her face.

Because if she let go,
If she let her sadness,
And her weakness show,
She would fall apart,
Bit by bit,
Until there was nothing left
Inside her,

No soul in her skin.

This album is a beautiful sadness. The whole feel of this album is so chill but so devastating at the same time. The guitar is beautiful in this, but boy does it make me feel a bit sad.
