Read this book at school, then re read it a few years ago, its as intriguing as it is entertaining, as well as horrifying and the worst part is how you can find things in it to relate to

Classic family adventure
A good old school action adventure film with a bit of something for everyone. Good mix of action, comedy with good chemistry between the lead characters. Remember watching this a lot as a kid.

Childhood Favorite
My fourth grade teacher read a chapter to the class at the end of every school day. I remember looking forward to it so much, as did the rest of the class. Perfect for a child's imagination!

By far my favourite of the series - I feel like having an older Rin makes for a better book - I get we needed to establish her younger being but this is way more entertaining and school life is hard!

What a quick awesome read. I had to read four chapters of it for a class while substitute teaching. During my prep and right after school I read the rest of the book. I laughed and I cried. Amazing!

I love this book so much. I'm in the PTA at my daughter's elementary school and so much of this rang true to me. The pettiness, the back stabbing, the fierce friendships and bonds. This is a fantastic book.

What I learned from this book? If you transfer the soul of a vulture from a high school girl to a blind parrot; it's probably a good idea to, you know, make sure the bird is actually BLIND. Sheesh.
