Pure neuroscience!
This book is a fantastic view into the neuroscience behind zombies. It explains the how's, whys, and reasons that this pop culture monster could exist.

This is not watered down. If neuroscience is not your thing you won't enjoy this book. It uses highly technical jargon that might confuse people not versed in this topic.

With that said I enjoyed this book. It had the right amount of braiiins to keep me satisfied.

Those of you that love sci-fi reading either know of or should be familiar with Harry Harrison's "Stainless Steel Rat" series.
It's a futuristic Robin Hood style story with the action and intrigue of James Bond with the moral flexibility of Han Solo.
It's amazing that this has never made it to the big screen, seeing as how it has most genres covered: action, mystery, thriller, romance, science, technology, fantasy, sci-fi, politics and family.

It's easy reading, go enjoy the trip.

Thanks for reminding me of that series. I enjoyed it, too. May be time for a reread.

One of the original sci-fi classics
Up there with the original War of the Worlds as an original science fiction classic.

The art direction, look, feel and musical score of the film are amazing even by today's standards. Ok some of the special effects have not aged well, but it doesn't take away from the foreboding and interesting adventure.

Watch a brown-haired Leslie Nielsen do battle with the Krell alongside Robby the Robot.
