I'm the complete opposite - I thought this was better than the original and I loved the ending!

Cute Sequel
The first movie was great, and this was a really good follow up. I loved seeing the characters run around the internet. Especially when they encounter the Disney princess. I would definitely suggest thos to anyone who liked the first movie.

Totally unnecessary sequel
The original Blair Witch film was a little overrated but fairly original and not entirely bad. Sadly this sequel doesn't even match this standard and really didn't need to be made. The plot starts off fairly irrationally with the main character believing that his sister (from the first film) is still alive 17 years later... and it doesn't get much better from there. The real scares are virtually non-existent and it just gets very stupid with lots of silly loud noises. Character development is lacking and the whole film is very underwhelming. Yet another below average found footage film.

Totally agree - bombed completely. And the ending was ridiculous.

Conclusion to a great first book (0 more)
Should have been split in two (0 more)
I was incredibly excited to read this sequel after being pleasantly surprised by Mask of Shadows. This could easily, and probably should, have been a trilogy. It feels like there was so much packed into this book that nothing really went into detail, even despite its 400 pages. While there was still a good bit of action it was mostly introspection and lamenting the past. The ending was a bit underwhelming and I really expected more. Overall, it is a solid, if a bit lackluster, sequel to a fantastic book.

Comic fantasy that reminded me slightly of the great Terry Pratchett (writen in that vein), but not quite as good as his.

Set in an alternative medieval period, in the reign of Uther Pendragon (who is one of the characters in the book): in this case, Uther (and not Arthur) is the 'Once and Future King'. Unfortunately, the book also states that the author is working on a sequel: if he did, I never saw any sign of it in any of the bookshops, with the ending of this book leaving plenty (too much?) open to be included in that sequel.

Very funny sequel

So after years of waiting for a sequel to the brilliant original and this year we finally got it and it just about surpasses the original.

All the original stars are back along with new and very funny character madison (played by zoey deutch) who is dumber than a box of frogs. The plot itself is very basic but that doesnt matter because the film runs on all the jokes.Hopefully there wont be such a long wait for a third film.

Oh and there is another hilarious appearance by bill murray this time during the main credits.

Watched today as a sequel to the orignal candyman its probably better than the previous sequels which I've never and probably won't cause I hear they aren't as good. Anyway to the movie itself it has plenty of gore so that ticked that box and one scene stood out for me group of college girls make the mistake of saying his name five times big mistake good acting performances from both the leads. There's some photography especially of Chicago which stand out for me. Overall good sequel which is worthy follow up to the orignal

What started out quite promising and with the kind of speedy zombies that make these films interesting, the film starts to fall flat and lose momentum in places, it's not terrible however, but a short lived distraction that somehow is getting a sequel, go figure!
