A great evil comes to Narnia. Can good defeat it one last time? This is a different book for the series, and it certainly wasn't the ending I expected when I first read it in 3rd grade. However, as an adult, I've come to love it. This is my second favorite in the series.

So this was a re-read because I was feeling nostalgic for high school when I didn't have to think about having a job. I loved this series in high school, even though I thought (and still think) Patch is a little creepy. There is just something about the writing that I loved. Also, I love Vee and Nora's friendship and all the twists and turns in the series. I am glad I gave this a re-read.

A great ending to a great series. More to come soon...

I really enjoyed the ending to this book. I wish I could get what happens after all of this though! The mystery of it was in a good balance to the answers we are given, the plot moved quickly, and it didn't drag on for unnecessary lengths. The characters, as always, were well developed and their relationships were fun to witness. I highly recommend this series.

Kate Shugak and Liam Campbell, in one book! Kate and Mutt, outside the Park! This is a fun addition to both series, well worth reading. I don't think it would work as well for someone new to either one, because references to former characters would go over their heads. For a fan of both series, like me, it's a delightful treat. There is a very sad bit near the end, but I can't say more without getting into spoilers.

Instead of doing a review for every season I'm just going to review this series as a whole. I loved it. It was funny. It had action. It was easy to to get sucked into the Hamptons life. I'm a big binge watcher of Netflix, so this is literally one of the last big series I haven't watched yet and it was awesome. If you love medicine, drama, mystery, or romance, I promise you will love this show!!!

Parks and Recreation - Season 2
Parks and Recreation - Season 2
2009 | Comedy
A much longer series of half-hour episodes following the Parks dept's daily struggles with and against the public. The pit and park development that took centre stage in the first series is just a footnote here, as each episode is more of a self-contained story. While for me it isn't laugh-out-loud funny, the quirky comedy and occasional slapstick moments is first class. Moments that feel quite ad-libbed add to the comedy.

I remember not being a big fan of season 1 but felt that season 2 is where it really found its feet. Ended up being one of my favourite shows ever by the end of it's last season

The Affair - Season 4
The Affair - Season 4

Back to form here in the 4th series as the families attempt a fresh start, but the personalities involved, and their failings, move with them and similar things happen. Some real heart-wrenching moments as the cast deal with loss, tragedy and upset in more extreme ways than before.
A real sad final few episodes but excellently delivered. One major issue left open at the end, if there is no 5th series to address it I may well riot.

MoMoBookDiary enjoyed this murder mystery.

The first in the series on Melissa Craig. I am looking forward to reading book two next.

It is an ideal summer holiday (beach) read, with a writer-cum-sleuth trying to solve a murder which was committed in the vicinity of her new home - Hawthorn Cottage.

Set in a quaint little village - Ideal for fans of Agatha Raisin series

Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review this cozy mystery..

I adore this series of books, Rachel Caine is a very talented author. I love how different the vampires in her series act from the ones in other books I've read, they're not to be admired and loved, they're to be feared. The main character Claire is definitely how you'd imagine a begrudged hero if the day and the relationships built between all the characters makes you feel like you're part of it as you read.

Penultimate book to an amazing series.
Well I am an avid Harry potter fan. I have read all the books too many times to count and have them on audiobook too. This is the second to last book in the series and is when this start getting more and more action filled as Voldemort is growing in power and Harry is starting to discover the horcruxes that he needs to distribute with the help do dumbledore and his friends.
