When I first read the title of this book, I thought I would be reading another Amish novel from a talented author. However, after sitting down and opening the first pages of the book, I quickly realized it wasn't your normal Amish fiction. This book was truly well written and kept me hooked from start to finish. I loved the sisters and visiting the country side of Lancaster County!

I loved getting to know the sisters! Angela and Rose, sisters who long to reconnect their relationship, really kept me captivated through out this story. I enjoyed following them to Lancaster County to visit sweet Aunt Sylvia, their Mennonite aunt, watching them change and grow in their relationship and learning to accept what God has in store for them, instead of what they had in store for themselves.

This story of faith, hope and longing is beautifully written and highly captivating. If you want your normal Amish fiction novel, that will be solely about the Amish, then this isn't the book for you. If you are looking for a 4 star, wonderfully chiseled contemporary story filled with heart capturing characters and a whirlwind plot line, that keeps you hanging on every word, then this is definitely the book for you! I can't wait to see the next book Ms. Lloyd has in store for her fans, especially if she mixes English, Mennonite and Amish together in a fantabulous read! <a href="http://cafinatedreads.com/13952-revision-v1/"; target="_blank">This review was originally posted on Cafinated Reads</a>

This throws us straight into the story with Celia and her sisters on trial for murdering a vampire. Only it turns out the vampire was in a bloodlust filled rage at the time and they're let off the charge. Only then they get asked to help solve the problem of the curse on the Master's family that is causing his vampires to fall into the strange rage that can only be cured by death.

During this time she meets an Alpha werewolf, Aric, who tempts her inner tiger. They are drawn to each other time and time again, causing a tension between his pack and herself. They believe as a born werewolf he should be with someone of the same ilk and as Celia's shapeshifting is as the result of a curse that she isn't worthy of him.

I loved Celia and her sisters. The could kick arse with their abilities and luckily they could heal themselves when they got hurt too. Well, Emme could heal them after they threw themselves into whatever trouble they found themselves in.

I liked Gemini and Koda--love interests of Celia's sisters. Liam always seemed to butt in at inopportune times to remind Aric of other things he should be doing instead of spending time with Celia which annoyed me no end.

I found this quite funny. It was my kind of humour and I was chuckling and grinning like a loon for most of my time reading this.

I cannot wait to read more of this series to see what happens between all our couples.

Ooo.. I loved this one more then the first. I loved everything. The magic was cooler.. the characters amazing and I loved that the ones from the first were in the 2nd also. This was amazing and I can't wait to see what happens in the next book and I'm hoping we see more of the first two sisters with their triplet. I am really enjoying this series. So grateful the author allowed me to review for her :)

Another book that I devoured while down on my knees. My sister Joy loaned me this book to read while on bed rest. A sad story of sisters and parents that weren't all there. Though Francec was not the upmost behaved child, her heart concerning her niece/sister Lilly was there, even with the dark family secrets, that no little girl should possess. A great read, if you want drama in your life, that isn't your own...
