I loved Parasite way more than I was expecting to. It was unique. A breath of fresh air compared to everything else that's out now. I thought it was part horror, but I guess it wasn't. Violent, yes. However, it was also a well-woven story that had a lot of smart humor in it. I really enjoyed it, and can definitely see how it won so many Oscars this year. It's definitely worth your while to watch.

"The Life of Brian. Put that up there. I can watch Monty Python any time of the day or night, anywhere, particularly the series. That film is just so kind of brazen and smart and silly. It’s outrageously funny and epic as well. People don’t make comedies on that kind of scale anymore. Epic is usually associated with something very earnest and serious. I just love how they sort of blew that out of the water."

"This film is so damn smart and funny, such a great combination of humor and pathos. I wish Mike Leigh did more comedies. The performances are incredible and the dialogue is solid gold. Some all-time great portrayals of sloppy drunk shenanigans. I could watch a dozen sequels with Timothy Spall’s character. In an alternate (and more just) universe, instead of Mr. Bean movies we would have an endless number of Life Is Sweet sequels starring Timothy Spall."

The final kiss... (hopefully)
So I ga e this a watch as I'd already seen the first two, it's not often that a threequel is as bad as its predecessors yet even with a large shift in its own continuitie, this was still worse.

Continuing With its usual obvious opening, it gradually ops to changing to an inevitable break up between the main two characters and somewhat focuses on an will they or won't the scenario that quickly becomes bland.

Although the change was a smart one it still seemed to drag its story and with a rocky but acceptable ending.

Standard Netflix teen rom-com, watch with this warning.

"Hey let’s lighten it up a bit shall we? This isn’t even my favorite Albert Brooks movie (that would be the amazing and prescient Real Life) but this is the funniest. Maybe one of the funniest movies ever. I’m not going to try to give written down examples as they will lose a great deal in that process. Just please go get it and watch it. The scene where he takes the Valium and then has to deal with a couple of — f**k it, trust me, every scene is funny and smart."

Many integrations with other apps like IFTT
Synching can be problematic (2 more)
The charger lead input into the watch falls out if you're not very careful

You’re right - looks like I have an older version. That new charger looks loads better.

On the sleep tracker, do you find that sometimes ( when you’ve had little sleep) you darent check it in case it makes you feel more tired? ??

Absolutely. Although I do think it can at least then be used as evidence to prove to others you really haven't had any sleep ?

So far so good
I had a first generation Apple Watch and after 3 years it broke on me. When I started my journey into smart watches I kept thinking of all of the things I wanted my Apple Watch to do and everything that I used in functionality. Ultimately, I decided to try the Fitbit Versa.

One of the things that I love about the Fitbit Versa is that it is a sleep tracker along with a fitness tracker. That was the one thing I always felt was missing with my Apple Watch. I also love the fitbit app more than the apple health app. It gives you great insight and it seems a little more thorough information on your health, steps, floors, and what not.

One thing that I wish is that the battery life really was the 4 days that it promised. I tend to find that my Versa will need charging on that 3rd day. The other thing that I wish was offered was integration with the apple heath app. I don't use it often but I like when things actually work together.

All in all, this has a better battery life than the Apple Watch & some pretty cool screens.

This movie was just "ok" across the board-the acting, cinematography, story. Nothing flashy or anything about it. It played out well enough and kept me interested to the end. True crime fans will enjoy this low budget drama/thriller about a girl who gets caught up in some small town crime by getting lost on a bank country road. It was listed under horror, but there's really nothing "horror" about it. The main character is a pretty smart woman so her survival isn't exactly surprising. If you're looking for a decent movie to keep you occupied on a rainy day this one is worth a watch.

"I saw it when I was 13 and it had an amazing impact on me, I couldn’t believe something was so funny and so smart. The level of writing is so crazy; it’s a continual inspiration. It blew my mind. I was at home babysitting my younger siblings. My parents were out dancing, and it came on at 1:30 AM. I would watch Saturday Night Live, and it was on after. I thought it was a horror film to start because it’s dark and there’s the pop-pop-pop and there’s smog. In the movie, that’s their preamble thing that I missed, so I didn’t know it was a comedy."

"I watch this with my family a lot. All of the Marx Brothers movies have been very popular in the Columbus household for the last 20 years or so. I was a bit of a dictator making my kids watch these movies. They grew up with them because kids are really reluctant to watch black-and-white films. Our family loved the Marx Brothers films, and for some reason the one that we always went back to, and the one that we were obsessed with, was Horse Feathers. It’s 1932, so that’s going back a long way. Yet at the same time I would show that movie to my kids who were seven and five and three, and they were mesmerized. I learned a lot about comedy and breaking the rules in that movie — in terms of comedy — which extended to seeing movies like Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein and Annie Hall to a certain extent. The Marx Brothers started it all, and it’s smart comedy. The funny thing about the movie is, there are scenes that, still for me and my family, are falling down funny. So they can watch that movie and take away from it — maybe laugh a little harder than they do at some of the more modern comedies. That movie — and there’s like five or six Marx Brothers movies — is just a wonderful sort of family experience and that’s why it’s on the list."
