Hmm...

I liked certain parts of this and others kinda bored me.

Rudy was hard work and sometimes I thought he was really sweet and others he annoyed me a little, though I know that's a lot unfair. It isn't his fault after all. I really feel for Ellis in this too.

Jon was amazing for both of them and likewise Ellis was Jon's salvation.

That being said I'm not sure if I want to continue this series.

I do enjoy this series. It may only be the second book but it feels like I've known the characters for a while now and I like them all, crazy as they are sometimes. I also love how Tori manages to get herself in trouble half the time and the guys come to her rescue and then end up saving each other in the end. Equal opportunities and all that.

I'm looking forward to book 3!

"I love all the Bergman films I’ve seen, but this spoke to me personally in a really profound way. I remember feeling very shaken after watching it. I feel like the greatest thing a writer or filmmaker can do is say something so honest that most people wouldn’t be brave enough and that’s what I love about this film. The characters are deeply flawed and sometimes very ugly to each other, but that’s why it’s so effective."
