Thought provoking and sometimes scary as hell!
I love this podcast. Paranormal investigators, Dave and Tim talk over all topics from ghost to aliens, cryptids and everything in between. Weekly they do a Supernatural News and Parashare episode that is one of the highlights of my podcast feed. Other episodes are very topic driven and guest driven. Make sure you give it at least 3 episodes to decide if you like it or not.

Limited, personalized commercials keep them on the air. Or you can join with Patreon.

Great sequel to a modern classic!
The 2nd Jurassic Park film sometimes gets a bad wrap or lost among the several sequels which have followed, but this movie was actually quite good as well.

Just the right mix of returning and new characters for more dinos to scare, chase and feast upon. Several of the action sequences keep you on the edge of your seat and keep you intrigued the whole way through.

Some say the ending was over-the-top, but I loved every minute of it. Now would be the time to rewatch.

My first comment when I finished this book "well that was different" - I dont know why I always feel that way after reading a Rowell book, and none will ever compare to Eleanor and Park for me so none will get 5 stars but this book was kind of adorable. It was also kind of stalkerish and I feel like I should have more issues with that then I did - I mean talk about awkward. It technically all made sense in the end but I was like, wow, this is too much sometimes - ah well, can't win em all

I used to love Pandora but then I started having a lot of problems with it. I love a lot of artists so I had a lot of stations and I found sometimes going through my stations that some of my stations wouldn't be there anymore. It kept doing this no matter how many times I tried to fix it so that's when I got tired of it and just switched back to Spotify.

Definitely puts things into perspective of what happens behind closed doors, particularly of those who are vulnerable. (0 more)
Best book of 2018
Eleanor thinks she has life all worked out, with a flat, a stable job and the same Pesto & Pasta meal every night, nothing is amiss. Apart from, sometimes, everything. A remarkable story about loneliness and how it can be perceived to others. Not my usual sort of book but I was hooked from the very start till the very end. Eleanor Oliphant has changed my perception of life, and how fabulously different we all really are.

Great on Commutes
If you have a long journey, download a selection of these and you are set to travel. There are a wide selection of bizarre, interesting, silly and practical questions, with enough humour and information to keep you occupied for your trip.

Sometimes they do laugh a little too much at their own remarks but as the show is so entertaining, this isn't too much of a problem and you just find yourself thinking "oh shut up" rather than getting annoyed with it...

Such a great app!
Always something to watch on this app! Keeps your place if you stop mid way through a film or episode. Brings up lots of recommendations based on other things you have watched previously.
Tv or film, there is something for everyone. The Netflix originals just seem to be getting better and better and sometimes far outweigh a big budget film/series.
As a family of 4 we each have our own profiles so no getting mixed up on who has seen what. By far one of the best tenners I spend each month!

Dumb little Lisey(?)
I'm a longtime Stephen King reader and this one was a chore to finish. If I could rate sections separately, I'd give the first half 2/10 and the second half 8/10. It's structured with lots of flashbacks throughout the story, and those do add to the story once you've reached a certain point, but it felt pretty tedious getting there. Lisey is often described as unintelligent, but I never really saw that - she was usually competent and sometimes clever.

Good old Elsie
Sometimes a book can be good but the ending makes it very special. This is such. What I love is the the heroes are the ones rarely used but have lived the most. Why there are not more books and characters containing our dear pensioners I'll never know but Three Things About Elsie oozes with the love and charm of the things we adore about our elderly relatives. It is a mystery thriller but more important teaches is to love those we abandon in homes. For that reason this should be read by all.

Smart, funny, and a pretty good tune!
Dumb Ways to Die in one word: Hilarious.

A game based on the Darwin Awards is a brilliant idea, and the games creators should be proud of themselves.

The levels are always entertaining, sometimes tricky, and probably not suitable for playing in public. Mainly because you occasionally have to blow into the microphone for some reason, or steer with your phone, and you do tend to look ridiculous.

Well worth a play, and a listen, as there is a song, which will get stuck in your head!
