Fantastic rags to riches story made all the more amazing because it was written by and starred Stallone who at that time was a small time actor.
A rousing soundtrack and star power raises this one above others of its genre and made Stallone a Star to be reckoned with, its showing its age but still doesn't fail to leave you with a warm feeling inside.

One Of My Favorites
This is one of my favorite movies because it's fun and the story is interesting. There's some pretty funny jokes spread throughout it too and the soundtrack for the movie itself is great. I love that it's an actual vampire movie and every time I watch it, it still feels fresh and new. It's a timeless classic and it's fun to watch.

This album is so good it literally makes me cry and gives me chills every time I listen to it. It's great for both happy and sad moods. I'm not sure why this film didn't get better reviews from the critics but I'm glad I never listen to them because, while everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I loved The Greatest Showman and its soundtrack.

Great!
This spy thriller turned out to be great action movie! The acting was superb (Theron was awesome). The cinematography was great and the storyline unfolded beautifully. I also really enjoyed the soundtrack (i'm an eighties guy, so...). The are some great fight scenes and some sexual scenes, as well. Overall this is a great "date night" movie. Really worth a watch!

A biopic for movie & music fans
Walk the line is a Johnny Cash biopic staring Joaquin phoenix (cash) & Reese Witherspoon (June carter cash ) which chemistry does make this biopic believable .wether you like Johnny cash music or not is a movie to see .I'm a music fan & never really listened to cash but I'll start taking notice of he's music from now on .

Rolling Stone's 496th greatest album of all time
Not an artist I was familiar with. To be honest, I though Boz Scaggs was a character from a Western. An interesting album, at times reminiscent of Joe Cocker and Neil Young, at other times like the Bugsy Malone soundtrack. Not my cup of tea and unlikely one I will listen to again. The yodelling was mercifully brief.

"This is a record that has really been a soundtrack for life. One of my older brothers had this so I got to hear it really early on when I was about 9. It melded in with the other records I started to hear later on around 79 when I was 15. I had a basis for punk rock, and this was it – Raw Power."

"That movie for me was quirky done right. I feel like a lot of the time for me quirky is cringe-y, and it’s easy to mess up; Juno felt genuinely quirky and just cute, and the soundtrack is really inspiring to me because it’s got such a vision and perspective and such a sound to it. I love that movie. I think it’s really heartwarming."

"Narrative films will never grow stale as long as filmmakers have tricks like Rashomon structures in their bag. Not only filled with fantastic acting, tremendous cinematography, and a haunting soundtrack, Rashomon attempts what great films always strive for—to express an inexpressible . . . in this case, the nature of truth, or . . . the nature of humans’ inability to realize the fallibility of their own perception, their own stories."
