Beginning of the Rebellion
Probably the weaker of all the Star Wars spin off series. Very low on action a lot of the time. Set in the build up to Rogue One. This seems to show the beginning of the Rebellion movement. Star Wars fans will no doubt love it but it was dragged out at 12 episodes.

Short and small, but still pretty sweet.
Despite being just an incredibly short spin-off of the Assassin's Creed series, and having only 3 very small maps, this game is a highly enjoyable one!

The story is enjoyable, if somewhat unoriginal, with some definite similarities to ACIII, revolving around saving slaves and killing the slavers. The story also shows very little relation to previous games, except from a cameo from an ACIII character, and the obligatory weird glowy item that adds little to nothing to the story apart from adding a few missions.

Despite all this, the story is extremely enjoyable!

The gameplay is incredibly fun and pretty fast paced, visiting swamps, towns and Mexican colonies, leaving the played wanting more, and to learn more about what happened to the main character after the game.

Overall a great game that definitely deserves to be more than a spin-off.

I did not want to say goodbye to these characters. I know it's permanent, even if they won't be the main characters in Sarah's spin off book(s). Rhys was, as always, so swoon worthy and dark and, admittedly, delicious. The final stretch of his and Feyre's story left me in tears, even if the ending was surprising. At first, when I closed my book and stared at my wall in both wonderment and despair (I mean, what am I supposed to read now?? Who will ever measure up to the greatness that is Rhysand?!), I was a little confused at some of the seemingly obvious foreshadowing Sarah left and certain questions that remained unanswered. Then I remembered her next book will be a spin off, possibly explaining these little bits of unfinished business. Even if Rhys and Feyre will not be the center of the next story, I am excited to see how things progress and who Sarah will be making the main characters.

A decent entry bringing Spiderman into the Marvel universe
A good film with some big action scenes and Michael Keaton does well as the villian. Ties in nicely with the Avengers films but maybe had too many references to them. I still prefer the first Spiderman film (2002) but this a good film overall.

The first book in a planned spin-off series from Jack Campbell's The Lost Fleet series of books, this follows on from the end of that previous series and utilises pretty much the same core set of characters.

This is also, perhaps, a little slower than the books in the previous series (although that could be because, as the first in a new series, this has to lay the groundwork), and also seems to end pretty abruptly!
