Nick Friesen (96 KP) rated Halo 5: Guardians in Video Games

A great Halo adventure (3 more)
Shooting and new movement mechanics are awesome
Looks great and runs smooth
The addition of Master Chief's surviving Spartan squad from the books!
Too much time spent as Spartan Locke (2 more)
Give us more Master Chief!
No split-screen co-op
Too Much Time Devoted to Spartan Locke
When people play a main-line Halo game, they want to be Master Chief, and they want their friends playing as allies while sitting on the same couch. The inclusion of Master Chief's elite Spartan squad is an obvious split-screen co-op opportunity, but apparently not obvious to Halo's new developers. Halo 5 is in excellent game, no doubt, but it is marred by this baffling choice as well as another: you play as Spartan Locke more than you do as Master Chief. It feels as if you get barely any time back in the boots of everyone's favorite Spartan, and that sucks, big time. Outside the campaign, multiplayer and Forge are great as always, and the game is worth any FPS fan's time and money.

The Game That Splits The Table (And Your Mind)
If you've ever seen the movie Split then you know exactly how this is going down.
Everyone is John is a game where all the players control a single character. Each player is one part of a split personality, each with their own goals and skill sets. The Game Master gives you a scenario and each player bets a value of willpower, whoever has the highest amount of willpower bet gets to control John until they fail a skill check.
This game is high speed, and makes a good game for any night. It's easy to pick up, and easy to screw over your friends. For a game that is free, this is incredible. Honestly, I'd pay at least £10-£15 for this game.
Gameplay is fun, and sparks conversation around the table. With John being a sociopath you can pretty much do anything.
TL;DR
-Incredible Game
-Easy to Play
-FREE! (But I'd totally pay for it)
-Good Sobre & Drunk

Known as 'Duplicate' in the uk
The movie starts with a young lad creating a video diary before going to bed. The following morning he watches a video diary of.... Himself!?! A few more videos are shown back and forth and it becomes apparent that it's not a video diary as such, but more like a way of communicating with his other personality or something, I don't know, it was just weird. He even has another bed in his room depending on his personality from that day, omg this movie was giving me a heache as I could not get my head around it.
Eventually we find out that it isn't a split personality but 2 separate brothers living in the same body, yeah that doesn't sound much better than a split personality does it! Anyway I got bored very quickly, the main character had the personality of a dish cloth. I think I would have preferrerd to watch the life of the brother who seemingly had a better personality and more interesting life, but sadly we didn't see too much of him.

One split second ... the moment that changed their lives forever.
When a car carrying five friends home from a party crashes into a wall, the consequences are devastating - not just for the young people directly involved, but also for their families and the wider community.
No one escapes unscathed, but some are more deeply scarred than others. Those affected are left to question who was to blame for the accident, and what price they will pay.
This moving story of an accident and its aftermath explores our understanding of love and loyalty, grief and forgiveness.
Wow! This is so emotionally charged the impact that one event can have on so many lives is incredible. This is a heartbreaking story of how 5 teenagers, a party , an argument and car accident completely shakes the lives of them and their families. I have to admit I shed a tear at the end. As humans we are so strong and it take’s something drastic for us to see how strong!!

Not as transparent as the title
While not as good as Split it's still a very good above average thriller, James Mcavoy excels as the main baddy carrying up to ten different characters, I love Sarah Paulson but you'll hate her character at the end of this , Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson both play their roles with great gusto ,all in all a great film let down by tge ending
