Lego Star Wars is the earliest of the Lego franchise based games I can remember with its success came tons of other games of its kind Lego Indiana Jones Lego Lord the Rings Lego Harry Potter the list just goes on and on Lego Star Wars drops the player
straight into the cockpit of the Vessel that is Star Wars the pre sequel trilogy you work your way through multiple levels that cover the series in chronological order each level has tons of hidden areas and items to find characters to unlock and just plenty of reasons to replay them there are lots of characters to unlock with certain characters having different purposes for the game some of the characters are for fighting some of the characters are for building items and others are for getting into special areas or solving puzzles this game is oozing with charm and comedy which would soon become the trademark of the Lego games no voice acting or dialogue means the story is told through physical acting and they do it a pretty good job at it

Predictable plot
The leader of Crimson Dawn didn't need to be who it is
The second of Disney's 'A Star Wars story' spin-off from the main (numbered) films followimg Rogue One, this one is largely held responsible for Disney's decision to slow down on releasing this spins offs (originally intended to be one every other year, in between the main ones) when it underperformed at the box office.
Personally, I feel a large reason for that underperformance is that, of all the characters in the original saga, Han is probably one of those least in the need to get an origin/prologue movie and that this was released during the summer months instead of the more traditional festive release period for a Star Wars movie.
Whereas Rogue One was, largely, a war movie, this one takes a different approach: more of a heist (complete with double and triple crossing) Western movie, if anything.

Star Wars: Imperial Assault: The Kotaku Review
Imperial Assault is a board game that was released in late 2014. I only got around to playing it over the weekend, and I already count those months between as wasted.
Having made a ton of money off their excellent X-Wing game before moving onto capital ship battles, Imperial Assault is Fantasy Flight’s shot at moving Star Wars into more traditional tabletop territory.
If you’ve ever played HeroQuest, Space Crusade or even XCOM, you’ll be familiar with the basics here: players take control of a character and take turns to move about a grid-based battlefield, using terrain as cover as they battle enemies and complete objectives.
It’s designed for 2-5 players, but shines brighter the closer you get to the latter. A single player—basically the dungeon master—takes control of all Imperial forces, while everyone else selects a single Rebel character, choosing from a stable of RPG class stalwarts (support, sniper, etc).

Back in the early 90s (round about '91 or so, so pre Special Editions), Timothy Zahn released a new Star Wars novel - <i>Heir to the Empire</i> - that would both become the first in a trilogy, and the first in the Star Wars expanded universe (EU) series as a whole.
The main antagonist of those stories was Grand Admiral Thrawn, a brilliant strategist who believed that a species art held the their weakness. Indeed, the novels were also the first to ever name the capitol of the Empire and the Old Republic ('Coruscant').
By the end of the trilogy, Thrawn was defeated and assassinated. Or was he?

Set 10 years after the events of <i>The Last Command</i>, this also sees the return of certain characters from Zahn's previous entries in the Star Wars canon, but (I felt) was not quite as entertaining a read.

So, confession time first.
I picked this up recently, started reading it, got myself a bit lost and then found out I had missed a series in-between (collected in Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters).
Back I went, picked that up, and put his on hold to read that entry.
This now makes a bit more sense!
It also follows on more from the previous collection, with this being a compilation of issues 20-25 of the main-line Star Wars series, and with this bringing to a close the story of Imperial Commander Commander Ellian Zahra.
There's also an attempt to 'bring-in' characters from other Star Wars media spin-offs: most noticeably, Qi'Ra from the film 'Solo' but also Poe Dameron's parents. Final issue in the collection (issue #25) has nothing to do with the main-line characters (Luke, Leia, Han, etc) but is instead a compilation of 4 mini-stories starring (1) Obi-Wan and Anakin, pre RotS (2)Darth Vader (3)Kylo Ren and (4) Poe Dameron.

'You know what the problem is with this Star Trek movie script for the 50th anniversary Star Trek movie,' said the studio executives to the writers of this film. 'It's just a bit too Star Trek-y. Go away and make the new Star Trek film less like Star Trek.' Well, heaven forbid a Star Trek film should actually be Star Trek-y. One imagines that the studio was pretty happy with the finished product, as it is certainly not very Star Trek-y. It's a bit Star Wars-y and very Guardians of the Galaxy-y, to the point where you wonder why they bothered putting the Star Trek name on this at all.
Well, okay, as a knockabout sci-fi adventure it is not too bad, I suppose, but very undistinguished and really lacking in its own identity. The karaoke performances of some of the cast as the original Star Trek characters are also impressively faithful. But the fact remains that while you're watching it, the only bits which carry any kind of emotional resonance are the ones inherited from previous iterations of the franchise, and you never forget that. An indifferent tribute to the original series; as a celebration of Star Trek as a whole, really poor.

Disney+ have really been pushing their connection to Star Wars as of late: The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, Obi-Wan, The Bad Batch.
All in the Disney+ era, as exclusives.
To this, we can now add Ahsoka.
Which is a strong contender for being the most 'Star Wars'y of the lot, if that makes sense.
It's also effectively a live-action sequel to perhaps one of the best Star Wars animations shows (Rebels), more or less picking up the plot lines from the end of that series after the disappearance of Thrawn and Ezra Bridger in the final episode of it.
So, in effect, we're also doing a live action "Heir to the Empire" (finallyl!!), with the return of Thrawn, alongside elements from the old E.U.: Zombie Stormtroopers, The Nightsisters of Dathomir, the Mortis Gods ...

Hans Solo
I'm a huge Han Solo Harrison Ford fan, so was interested to see how this would be made without spoiling my love of Hans Solo. Honestly pleasantly surprised, characters esprecially Chewy were loveable and full of action, an enjoyable film links nicely into the original star wars trilogy.
