I typically don't read books like this, and I'm not a big believer in the one anyway. But, I wanted to give it a try, because the synopsis made it sound interesting.
There are five different stories contained within this novel. It was engaging, and I always like a sci-fi story that's not too fantastical. The stories were all interesting in different ways, but some of the characters are incredibly stupid.
While I did like this novel, I thought it was super predictable. I knew how the majority of the stories were going to end about mid-way through. I'm still glad I got out of my comfort zone and read something I wouldn't normally read.

While it's a pulpy action movie, I disagree with the sheer amount of hate this movie received. I thought the characters were interesting, the stories fun, and the movie colorful.

A collection of good, fun little stories set during the Seventh Doctor's era, and featuring his trademark plotting, slightly dark machinations, and relationship with always awesome companion Ace. Very enjoyable.
