Fun ninth Doctor set of stories that set up a truly interesting set of events. Hope this means good things for the upcoming full series. If they can keep up this level of storytelling and pacing, should be solid. For our full review see http://travelingthevortex.com/?p=6931

The original series was not my idea of the best of shows. The stories were okay they just didn't have a lot of substance in my opinion. I also believe the acting wasn't great but I did love George takei in the show as well as Walter koenig

Quite funny
Quirky tale
I saw this on the BBC a while back. It's quite odd and funny at the same time. An everyday day teenager makes a starterling discovery when he can see the spirits of the dead. Worth a watch if you like supernatural stories.

Very strange series in a good way
A good series with a well known cast. If you like Stephen King stories you'll probably like this. It does end up asking more questions than giving answers though.

There were a few slow moments in the novel, but this didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment. Readers like me who enjoy character-driven stories will enjoy this book. The writing was also really good.

This has been my favorite of all of her stories in this series. This is technically sort of a prequel but it helps explain so much. The characters are amazing.. The plot is superb and overall I loved this. I am so glad i got to review it

Another collections of stories that felt more like a collection of ideas written down. Each story had potential to be something great, but instead ended up being less. I am glad I recieved it as free copy, otherwise I would have been offended for having spent money on it.

While not blowing, it was more enjoyable than most of the short erotica stories I have read. It is definitely erotic with well written scenes, but it seems as if it could be so much more. And I wanted it to be. I liked the premise of the story

Actually, I read a few stories by authors I know, skimmed some others, and decided that "mammoth" translates to "too big and therefore not choosy about what gets included." If you're into romance far more than fantasy or horror, you'll probably like the book much better than I did.

A romance novella collection I read for Joanne Fluke's entry. I enjoyed it and two of the stories, but I found Fern Michaels's story to be laughable weak.
