Hard hitting book

An uncharacteristically sombre and serious graphic novel. This book tells the demise of Captain Marvel as cancer ravages his body, despite the universe's scientists trying to find a solution. Very touching book at times, albeit with a dated narrative style and tone.

I think my biggest issue with this book was in the writing style. It was an AMAZING story. I just felt like it took too long to get where it needed to, and all the exciting stuff then felt rushed for me.
