Currently watching on E4 and don't get me started with E4 and the way they continue messing with supernatural first took them a year to show season 14 and now it's shown at one o clock in the morning. Back to the show still loving the show Sam and Dean still the best part of the show I will be sad when it finishes with the next season

This book takes place in Scotland which I am sure is a massive surprise considering the title! Callum has a flat in Edinburgh, but goes to the Highlands to see the house that he has inherited from the grandfather he has never met, and now never will. Upon his arrival, he meets his next door neighbour and the spark between them is instantaneous.

With a hint of the supernatural about it, just enough to give Callum a nudge, this story is well-paced and thought out. It moves smoothly, giving the characters enough time to get to know each other even if they do go to bed together the first night - because no one ever does that in real life, right?!

This book simply ticked all my boxes. With excellent characters, whether you like them or not, a back story that completes the picture, romance, steam, supernatural, sadness, hope - it's all here. I loved every word and didn't want it to finish. Absolutely recommended by me.

Good, if not a tad predictable

Considering this film came out in 1999, I'm rather surprised I've never seen it. Watching it back now, I'm afraid to say my enjoyment of it may have been spoilt by not watching it when it was originally released.

For the most part this is a fairly enjoyable supernatural thriller. It's entertaining and there are a couple of decent scares, and the premise is straightforward. The problem however is that I've seen similar stories to this many times before, whether it be on tv (e.g. Supernatural), or films (e.g. What Lies Beneath) etc. I cant say more without spoiling the story, but I'm sure many people watching this would recognise a similar story. It's a shame as this film probably came out before most of the ones I've seen before, but as I watched this 20 years late it just seems like nothing new.

I'm probably being rather unfair with this film, but I cant pretend it doesnt remind me of many others!
