"I have been seeing Caraval featured on so many blogs and instagram accounts, I couldn't just not read it. I've read, “A MUST READ”, so many times; I knew I had to get my hands on it...

And I loved it! LOVE, LOVES, LOVED IT!

It was everything a book should be: fun, diverse characters; steady plot; twist and turns (let me tell you, there were so many twists- I got dizzy); romance; suspense; adventure! I read this book in one sitting; only stopping to use the bathroom once and another time to grab a quick snack (a handful of pink Starbursts). It was that good." I received an Arc Copy for an open and honest review.
I loved this book, I am a huge supernatural fan.... My favourite type.....werewolves and this did not disappoint. It kept me intrigued, it kept me in suspense and wanting more!
I love Nate and the kids of Tether and the unique situation they are in and also I love how Nessa evolves and matures right before your eyes.
Also the way the Wolf family was written really made you think you were they, playing with pups and singing with them and gives you a little sneak peak into the wolves pack dynamics.
Just could not get enough of this book and really hope there is a sequel :)

I really liked this book, everything about this book was just right. I loved the main characters and the secondary characters just added so much to the story. this story has a fantastic plot line which will keep you reading long into the night and then leave you wanting more when you have finished it. the story is full of mystery, suspense and romance which will keep you hooked. this book is just so easy to read, if your looking for a summer read for the beach this is the book for you. I cant wait to read more from this author in the future.

highly recommended

Nate Overbay is all ready to commit suicide when he stumbles on a bank robbery. But this wasn't an ordinary bank robbery, and suddenly he has some nasty men after his estranged family. Can he figure out a way to save them?

While it wasn't quite the heart pounding suspense I was expecting, I enjoyed the book more as a result. The characters were richer and the writing so good it brought every scene to life. This is a thriller with characters you truly care about, and it is better as a result.

The trilogy comes to an end as Jack completes his training for his new master and sets out on a mysterious quest of his own. Meanwhile, May is living with her wicked step-mother and Phillip is wishing for more adventures. Will these three reunite to overthrow the Evil Queen? If you've enjoyed the first two, you'll love how the series ends. There's more humor and more twists and suspense. I always had a hard time putting it down. And if you haven't read the series? Don't start here, but read all three of them.

It's hard to describe this novel. On the one hand there is a pretty straightforward mystery at its center, full of clever puzzles and hints of conspiracy. On the other though is a possible haunting, a weird romance, and a very unusual narrative structure. The book is told in the form of journal entries, letters, notepad scribblings, security camera transcripts, and other means. This method can be very effective at slowly revealing answers, and may make this possibly the first "found footage" novel, but it also somehow removes the suspense in many scenes, and periodically makes things unnecessarily confusing. Still, I enjoyed reading this book, and would be interested in a sequel, so that should say something.

I absolutely loved the Stanley Kubrick movie that was developed in tandem with this book, but felt that the ending of the film left me wanting some clarification, and so I have finally gotten around to the book in hopes of receiving the explanations I wanted. Luckily, it provided them. It is a very deep, and somewhat surreal story, and it lacks some of the suspense that the movie manages to create around HAL, but the mystery of the obelisks is handled far better in the book and the ending makes exponentially more sense. A great story that is definitely worth a read, especially if one is even remotely into science fiction and/or theoretical physics.

Designated Survivor - Season 1
Designated Survivor - Season 1
2016 | Drama
I absolutely LOVE this show. I watched both seasons over a few days!!

Tom Kirkman is the Designated Survivor which means he is selected to sit out when the whole of the US government meets, so that in the unlikely event of a disaster someone is able to lead the country.

Unfortunately Tom is the least qualified person for the job of The President of the United States, however he has to step up and the series follows his life as he tries his best.

This show has everything: politics, drama, mystery, suspense, conspiracy and is just very gripping!!

Really recommend this series I feel like it probably has something everyone will enjoy.

Reading this during the 2020 CoVid-19 Pandemic gave me a different crisis to think about. The characters were teenagers which means they made some dumb choices but it stuck to that the whole way through. Were they changed in the end yes, but only in the ways you'd expect teenagers to be they didn't suddenly become super wise and I liked that. The story kept me engaged and the suspense hit at the right points. The ending did seem to come a little fast I feel like a few more pages could have wrapped things up a little better but it doesn't take away from the story still a decent ending.

Great Cast
The Best One: Rabbit's Foot
Mission: Impossible III- to me is the best one, in the franchise. It has the best action, the best suspense, the best stunts, the best villian, the best director and the best plot.

The plot: Retired from active duty, and training recruits for the Impossible Mission Force, agent Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) faces the toughest foe of his career: Owen Davian (Philip Seymour Hoffman), an international broker of arms and information, who is as cunning as he is ruthless. Davian emerges to threaten Hunt and all that he holds dear -- including the woman Hunt loves.

Like i said before this one to me, is the best one.
