Forever This Time is a sweet, fun and emotional one day read. There are some serious topics that are touched on enough to get you thinking but not enough to overwhelm the emotions.
The main characters are loveable and endearing and are well written. I liked them straight away, there's no having to let them grow on you which is great.
This is the beginning of a series and I can't wait for the next! It's easy to read this as a standalone but there are characters that intrigued me and had me hoping to find out more........Ana Jolene doesn't disappoint either as the next in the series looks to be just as good as this and picks up with a character that we meet in Forever This Time.

By Katie Nox ( Katie Everwood)
⭐️⭐️⭐️
A collection of poetry from Katie Nox, the poetry pen name for author, Katie Epstein.
Finding the Flame is all about the journey of how we become lost in the dark to find the flame that guides the light.
Hurt.
Healing.
Growth.
Empowerment.
Self love.
It's all about having reflection, to change perspective on the strength we all possess.
Ok so first of all this it’s becoming a little annoying trying to find books by this author as there are so many name changes it makes your head spin!
The book itself was so sweet and the poems were just lovely! Some very relatable! That’s all they were though was sweet!

I'm gonna keep this short and sweet, just like the book.
I liked the tale, for the most part. Given the page count, a lot is packed in, but thought so much more could have been made of Dee's parents and how they are. A longer book could have lend itself to a much deeper insight into them and what they would do to Dee.
I didn't feel much of a connection to either Dee or Sara. And I didn't think it at all explicit. Might have even enjoyed it more had it come out clean, to be honest.
But the thing that I struggled the most with was the changing point of view. There is no gap in some places. You are literally reading from Dee's point of view and the next sentence, it's Sara's, often in the same paragraph. I'm all for everyone having a say, but a clear indication of change is needed, even if it's JUST a paragraph break.
A short and sweet read, but not one that pushed any of my buttons.
3 stars, cos I did finish it.
