We live in the age of the TV revival – The X-Files, Twin Peaks, Prison Break, Roseanne... the list goes on. Popular series revived after years, sometimes decades, away from our screens.

But there are a few TV shows so resilient that they couldn't even be properly cancelled in the first place. Defying the networks, even the intentions of showrunners, this lot just wouldn't be kept down and continue to enjoy success.

The Clone Wars movie was basically just an extension of the TV series which I didn't watch much of, but it was decent. It makes me wonder if other Star Wars TV movies would do well.

I would love to see animated adaptations of the Timothy Zahn novels, but that probably will not happen.


This Clone Wars film can still be enjoyed by Star Wars fans young and old.

Best series on TV
See my review for season 1 for a more detailed gushing (I am an unabashed superfan)... But i just want to reiterate that i truly believe this is the best show on TV, and one of my top 5 all time favorites. Season 2 doesn't quite pull off what season 1 does, but it still contains some of the absolute best individual sequences and episodes seen anywhere.

Don't lose your head!
I really enjoyed this series which has a different twist on the Headless horseman tale. Plenty of Action scenes, fights, magic and flash backs to the War with the British. I was impressed with the overall look and feel of the series. The effects for the headless horseman are up there with the film. A mix of the film with a Buffy, Supernatural vibe.

Uncomfortably Wonderful
What a find. I was pointed in this direction after a conversation with a colleague about my love of the series Killing Eve. The mind behind that fantastic series wrote and stars in this most wonderful of gems. It made me laugh out loud and had me crying into my tea cup, such a brilliant rollercoaster of TV series. If you get the chance watch this, you won't regret it . Note to readers - season 2 is better than season 1, it made my Sunday complete.
