When I heard that they were making a Tv show out of the child’s play movies I thought why did we need Chucky on the tv and currently I’m watching the entire series on my sky Q box just started the forth episode and so far it’s rather good Brad dourif is back as the voice of Chucky of course wouldn’t be Chucky the sick sense of humour he has hasn’t changed there are some good death scenes my favourite would be so far death by dishwasher the tv show is way better than the recent reboot staying with this too the end to see how Chucky is beaten

A fantastic tv series
This is a fantastic series for anyone interested in crime, psychopaths, sociopaths and the Hannibal book series.
Im generally a self proclaimed wuss and cant watch horror or psychological thrillers and while this series wouldnt be classed as those sometimes the murders really turned my stomach but the acting is superb and the character builds are great. It really adds to the book series and although im quite squeamish with some of it, I will keep watching the following series because I am fascinated with the relationship between Hannibal and Will. Its like a big game of cat and mouse but the mouse is really a wolf in sheeps clothing ?

It's funny, but while - like, I'm sure, most people out there - I may know (of) the origin of the Man of Steel, I've never actually seeing it written down anywhere.

Thinking about it, I think that knowledge comes from the Christopher Reeve Superman films, and the more recent TV series Smallville.

That TV series was still running when this graphic novel series was released.

This goes back to Superman's earliest days in Metropolis, with a brief flash-back to his high school Smallville days, to present a new take on the origin of the character - Jimmy Olsen? Check. Ma and Pa Kent? Check. Perry White? Check. Lois Lane? Check. Lex Luthor? Also check!

As such, I found this an interesting take on the character, with some dynamic action sequences and some stand-out visuals (Clark Kent soaring over a herd of stampeding Zebra's, for instance).

An Absolute Must-Have
This has to be one of my most-used apps, one I go to on an almost daily basis. We use it for settling arguments over what else an actor has been in, the names of people we can't quite recognise, who the familiar voice in an animation belongs to, if a TV channel has missed out episodes of a series that is being shown and even the dates when a new series is due to be broadcast. One of my favourite things is that it also tells you the filming locations for TV shows and films. I really is a one-stop app for almost all the information you could possibly want to know about movies and shows. I have it installed on my phone, my Kindle and my tablet, and frequently use the website. I would hate to be without it now!

David McK (3814 KP) rated Good Omens - Season 3 in TV

May 26, 2026 (Updated May 26, 2026)
Good Omens - Season 3
Good Omens - Season 3
2026 |
'Good Omens' - the novel - was an early 90s collaboration between the late, great (sir) Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman.

It never made it to TV until after Pratchett's death, with Gaiman heavily involved in the production of the show.

It was successful enough that there was a second season produced, following an unused idea that Pratchett and Gaiman had for a sequel.

And then there was a heavy fallout over real-world (alleged) actions by Gaiman that all but put the kibosh on the rumoured season 3.

Which is why Gaiman took a back step, and why the series - while even called 'Season 3', became a (roughly) 90 minutes or so TV movie instead, with the driver for the plot - at least initially - being the Second Coming.

The TV movie seems to speed through a lot of things as a result: it's very obvious that this was initially intended to be a series.

Still, enjoyable enough.

Bester's biography from a kid to the opening of the Babylon 5 TV series. There are some interesting parts, but it's often a dull, try book that still tries to cover too much territory.
