I’m enough of a fan of the original TV show “The Equalizer” to wish Antoine Fuqua had found a way to incorporate Stewart Copeland’s superb synth-driven theme tune into this modern reinterpretation. But my favourite part of the TV series was always the helping out of ‘the little guy’ rather than the bigger, over-arching spycraft arcs. When I saw this last week I had only watched one episode of the tv show and that was the first episode of series one so going into this movie for me was I going to like the movie first impressions its funny ticked those boxes seeing the boys trying to get used to Japanese culture with hilarious results especially dj Steve's who's purpose on the group seems odd made me laugh with his attempts to woo their intepter anyway overall I should watch the tv show and see what's the fuss is is all about

Devilishly Good

Just a great TV series. This one had me gripped from the very first episode. Yes, he is the devil, but not the devil we have always been taught about. This series will take you on highs and lows, following his own suffering and selflessness. Its hard not to fall in love with lucifer. 100% must watch programme 👏👏👏.

TV adaptation of what-was-then roughly the 8th book in the series (and is now the 18th), with the novel itself being one of the weaker entries on the series for my money.

However, that's not to say that it is bad - none of the Sharpe books are - but it is also obvious in this one that the budget had been increased (slightly), but was still not to the level to do the work full justice, with the subplot concerning the American Privateer completely left out!

Very quickly becoming one of my favorite mystery/PI series.

I was a bit late coming to the Dan Reno series by Dave Stanton and I'll surely be catching up quickly! As a lover of both crime stories and TV shows, I'm left feeling like every book is like THE best episode of your favorite crime show. Never a dull moment, Dan's laid-back attitude has me laughing every time and I can't help but both laugh and shake my head at Cody constantly. Quick-paced, yet easy to follow, I couldn't put this one down and finished it in a day. Very quickly becoming one of my favorite mystery/PI series.
