Favourite episodes of mine (*cough* and my 2 year old daughter):
The tadpole badge
The acorn badge
The paddling pool badge
The stick badge
The omelette badge
I could go on but would end up listing every episode. Get your kids, grandkids, cousins, nieces and nephews watching, they will thank you for it, "Ah....woof!"

Those who love this series will find much to enjoy here. We once again get plenty of smiles and laughs, often at the way Meg’s grandparents interact with each other. The characters are wonderful, although we do miss a few of the regulars since this book takes Meg out of town. The mystery and Meg’s roll in it was a little weak, but the characters more than make up for this. I also truly appreciated the family relationships that have been built in this series here. That community is wonderful.

Then there are those like our unusual protagonist Mattie who uses her three months away from class to find herself by daring to pursue her passion for escapology.
Tracking down the daughter of her favorite escape artist (a local, female Houdini, if you will), although she's hesitant at first, Miyu gradually gives in and begins teaching Mattie the tricks of her mother's trade from lock picking to underwater escapes. Soon enough Mattie is performing her act under a stage persona at a hip speakeasy like club.
An entertaining albeit unusual YA novel that strains your suspension of disbelief, Callahan's Art gets better the further you get into it.
And while its overly stylized characters come off as wise beyond their years and their retro interests and dialogue might have played better if the book - already retro in feel - had been set in the '80s or '90s, it's a fun, fast, and wholly original read nonetheless.

First of all Mcgonall isn't born till 1935 she tells Uxbridge in goblet if fire book she started teaching in Hogwarts in 1956 so what she doing alive and an adult in 1927.
The whomping Willow was suppose to be planted in Hogwarts for lupin in 1971 so how did Newt find Pickett in it during a flashback putting the tree there around 1918
Dumbledore always taught transfigruation not DADA obviously this rewrite is covered by the whole you can no longer teach DADA but as we saw in the HP series only the headmaster has that power not Aurors
Finally I know it dramatic effect make it look cooler to appeared onto to middle of the bridge but as we saw in deathly Hallows apperation line isn't middle of bridge it hogemeeade
LaBMaC (116 KP) rated Do No Harm: Stories of Life, Death and Brain Surgery in Books

This is one of those books that leave an impression, that you want to hold on to.
I read this a while ago but some of it has stuck with me. In particular the essence of what is needed to carry out such a role. Determination, detachment, emotional resilience, precision and commitment. After reading this I had the utmost respect for the author.
He describes the in depth training that allows him to be in the position to carry out intricate procedures that have life-changing consequences. He shares his experiences from start to finish of dealing with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, assessing symptoms, weighing up benefits and risks of surgery, the surgery itself (heart in mouth stuff), family reactions and his perspective on the prognosis.
There are cases where he cures and cases where he can only postpone the inevitable. For what he does he is simultaneously revered, loved, persecuted and hated...and I thought teaching was tough 😉
An amazing book.

Seth, the arrogant demon hunter, is dangerously close to knowing too much. If that prick gets anywhere near one of my demons, there will be Hell to pay. Unfortunately, he’s also the one teaching me shadow magic.
Secrets hide in the shadows. And some secrets should never be known. But I won’t stop looking for who killed my birth mother. If I must face trauma from my previous lives, so be it.
I have my lovers. I have my coven. But I still need answers.
I really enjoy Crystals approach to demons and angels, heaven and hell! Her character development is so good and she writes her sex scenes making you want more without it overpowering the story! This is the 3rd book and i flew through it! Her style has such a nice flow from one book to another!
I'm lookin forward to seeing where things go from here now the 4 are about to become 5 while contending with the witches hunting them!!
