Not much iron man
So moving away from the action was a bit of a curve ball, but it works quite well with Tony having to (almost) depend on his smarts rather than the usual tech. Interesting enemies and end for Pepper Potts.

"One of the last books that we read as a company was Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time. We have some incredible people working with Wondaland Records, and we knew that if we were going to be releasing five artists, including myself, we’d need to figure out a way to make sure we were on schedule. We wanted to find the quickest ways to get quality results we were all happy with. It solves problem on how we write music and how we run the company. It’s the way people use it in the tech industry, inspired by the tech world. It justifies the way we run Wondaland Records"

"Despite being at the forefront of high-tech innovation in architecture, Wilkinson still uses drawing as a way to think through ideas, to grapple with design problems, and as a tool for communication. Many of the drawings were done with a small set of watercolors (mixed with gin?) while traveling on airplanes."

"Hamilton is a modern master of vast, operatic sci-fi. When an alien probe accidentally comes in contact with a dying man, it follows his soul to the netherworld and accidentally lets loose a legion of raging spirits. Space zombies, galactic war, high tech, rockets, it’s all here in a marvelous first volume of three."

Great characters
Hooked from the beginning
I thoroughly enjoyed this series. Although set in a future, one can see the headline issues of today wrapped up in a complicated film-noir private detective archetype. Something about hard-boiled crime and mystery supported by futuristic tech and commentary on the social elite really pulls me in.

"High-tech and totally crude. The vintage computer is dope. And the yellow completes the alchemy. The back cover fascinated me when I was 12. I couldn’t figure out what they were doing behind that industrial console. When I saw the pocket-calculator video my life changed. I was already into Devo, but this went to a whole other level."
