Carlotta and Wesley are brother and sister. Carlotta has been Wesley's guardian ever since their parents disappeared. Wesley has always been mischievous, but this time he's outdone himself. When he is arrested and put on probation for hacking into the city's computer system, Carlotta thinks Wesley may finally change his ways. Part of his probation requires him to find a job. While it's not the most glamorous, body moving pays well. But when his job brings him to the home of Carlotta's ex-boyfriend, things really start to go wrong. Carlotta is even under suspicion for the murder. Will Carlotta be able to clear her name?

I have had this book on my TBR for a very long time. I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I really enjoyed this story. I don't think that I could ever be a part of a body moving service. I get queasy when I have to clean up my own kids vomit.

Carlotta and Wesley have lived in town all of their lives. They still live in the home they last lived in when their parents disappeared. Carlotta works for Nordstrom and tries her best to take care of Wesley, but he is reaching the age, where he should be able to take care of himself.

Ex-boyfriends, jealous wives, cigar smoking players, death, and a love interest. This book has it all and I can't wait to see what happens next with Carlotta and Wesley.

I am a huge fan of James Patterson. The Women's Murder Club is my favorite series. This book did not disappoint at all.

This time, Lindsay Boxer is having a baby. She and Joe Molinari successfully got married in the last book and now baby makes three. Lindsay is just getting back to work and boy does she have her hands full. A body has been stolen from the ME's office. An old case she helped the FBI on has resurfaced and there is a professor who is dreaming about murders before they happen.

All of this is a lot for a regular cop to handle, but add in the emotions of just having a baby and trying to catch a killer and will Lindsay be able to handle it all.

When I read the description of this book I got really excited. It's Quantam Leap from my childhood 90's tv viewing! A person waking up in a different body each day and having to take on their role and decide how to live. Every day did have a similar element however 'A' as this person is called can access previous memories of these peoples lives in order to carry on their day as normal. I had a hard time connecting with the love story in this book as the girl was pretty young but overall I liked the logical thinking of 'A' and how 'A' lived this life. I did feel like had more questions than answers by the end however. I guess I'll leave my questions and answers up to my imagination.

Enjoyable Love Story

This book follows Maddy; a teenage girl who suffers from a rare disease that prevents her from leaving her house. Her uneventful daily like is shaken up when a new boy moves in next door.
Maddy reminds me of a princess trapped in a tower, but the tower is her own body. She understands that Olly isn't going to come save the day. She actually afraid of letting him into her life. The best part of this book is seeing Maddy decide what risks are worth taking. Once she decides to let Olly be a part of her life her view on the world starts to change. Overall this was a great book, and Maddy's love story proves that the best things in life come with a little risk.
