A great title goes to waste in this low-budget SF knock-off. Spaceship gets into trouble; the crew are alarmed to realise that the planet they crash-land on is inhabited solely by dinosaurs; the viewer will be alarmed to realise the film is inhabited solely by people who can't act, and the script is cobblers too.

Not even any fun as a dodgy exploitation movie; the chamois-leather bikinis promised by the poster never materialise and we are left with a bunch of dull characters in velour outfits and adult-movie moustaches (the men are even worse) being snippy with each other. The dinosaur animation is actually astonishingly good, certainly the best thing about this movie; whether it's a good enough reason to sit through the rest of it is a question each of us must answer for him or herself.

Amazing Sequel of Epic Proportions
*NO SPOILERS, I promise* This being my very first musical, suffice it to say I was floored by the quality of the show. The actors really managed to bring the emotion out in this compelling sequel to The Phantom of the Opera. It follows the story of Christine and Erik 10 years later after their first fateful encounter. Nothing about the performance disappointed me. Minus a single technical difficulty that was resolved in less than 10 minutes, there were no interruptions. The music was also amazing. If you're not interested yet you might as well stop reading. For those of you who are, I seriously recommend following the crew for info on their upcoming shows. It's so worth the money and time you spend on it.

The Boogeyman is back
Carrying on from the same night as the 2018 film, much as Halloween 2 did. There are a lot of ties to the first two original Halloween films. This features characters, and some of the same actors who were kids in the first two films. Along with some flashback scenes set in '78. It's a nice touch.
There isn't a great deal of depth to the story as such but Michael is one lethal killing machine. The scene when faced with a whole fire crew is pure carnage. A little sub plot of the town coming together as a mob to tackle Michael was a bit silly. By the end you know Michael is pure evil and sets up for Halloween Ends next year.

*** One of the most wonderful adventures of all times, finally transformed into an app*** *** This...

Hilary Westfield takes on Captain Blacktooth one last time, this time for leadership of the Very Nearly Honorable League of Pirates. However, there is much more at stake since the Mutineers are plotting once again to take over the kingdom, and this fight might be the only way to stop them. But can Hilary rustle up any kind of pirate crew for the battle?

While I knew the broad outline of the story early on, I had a wonderful time getting to the end. The characters are charming, and the plot moves quickly with a few surprises along the way. I could hardly put the book down. I also loved the humor of the book. I’m sorry to see this series end, but I’m so glad I found it.
