"I loved the crossover between psychedelic rock and black R&B. This brings both together with great party anthems such as Hit It And Quit It."

Rolling Stone's 354th greatest album of all time
A good jazzy rock album by Billy Joel, including the hit My Life. I have to admit I was first aware of this song when it was re-interpreted as "Number 1" by the 90s rock band A. An enjoyable jazzy and piano based album, all quite upbeat. So far, no questions over his fire-starting behaviour.

One great song after another!!!
Ryan Upchurch is a Rap Country artist with amazing talent!
He can literally perform every genre. While typically known for his Rap Country hits, he decided to branch out and explore the Grunge/Rock genre and has turned the genre on it's ear.

This album dropped 4/20/2018 and, in less than an hour, was sitting pretty at #3 on the US iTunes Rock charts!
Within 3 days, it was sitting in the Top 10 iTunes Rock charts in Australia and Canada.
As of last week, it was Trending in iTunes at #3, whilst Cardi B sat at #7.
Everyone needs to check this guy out!

"The shot with Dorothy Malone walking down the stairs makes all rock videos ever after resemble forgotten, anemic nuns. With his small masterpiece, Fassbinder shows us the basic tenderness of his heart, this time not hidden behind his cinematic skills."

"What could be better than this riveting romp through the demimonde of London? Richard Widmark’s performance is a testimonial to excess, and, for my money, The Rock can’t hold a half-nelson to the wrestling or acting skills of Stanislaus Zbyszko."

Rolling Stone's 342nd greatest album of all time
While Personal Jesus and Enjoy The Silence are massive excellent songs, I felt the rest of the album struggled to match their quality. A good synth-rock album overall but flat in places.

Rolling Stone's 37th greatest album of all time
Like with so many albums of the time, this starts off with the massive hit song, which is clearly by far the best of the album. Life in the Fast Lane aside, the rest of the album is fairly forgettable and mediocre 70s soft rock.

The Rock and explosions - what else do you need?
Certainly not Die Hard or The Towering Inferno; however, if you suspend your disbelief and just go along for the ride, the movie works as a gripping actioner.

Somehow The Rock manages to continually pick movies for himself that he is able to carry on his shoulders and this one is no exception. He does his job, makes you believe in his cause and hope for him to succeed.

Hope he doesn't fall!
