Couldn't even finish it.
Gave it up at the 24% mark. I just couldn't bring myself to go any further. The plot was okay, but the writing was ridiculously trite and "junior high"ish. The dialogue between the characters was, at best, worthy of great eye rolls and, at worst, so horrible and unbelievable it made me want to throw the book across the room. Plus, the book was just SOOOOOOOOOO SLOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW. I wanted to finish it; I really did. There have only been maybe two times in my entire life that I didn't finish a book that I had started, and it killed me to add a third to that, but this book just really, Really, REALLY wasn't for me

I am 25 years of age,and this book terrified me. I LOVED it, it was spooky it was creepy it was absolutely fantastic. The illustrations in it were just magnificent and the story itself was one I have never known before. It was so well written with just the right amount of creepyness. Coraline moves into a new home, but something doesn't feel right. Is it the mist? or the signs of danger people keep warning her about? It's not. It's the flat that is empty behind the door in the drawing room. Where her other Mother and Father live, with black buttons for eyes and papery skin. They're waiting for Caroline to join them and stay forever and ever. Oh I just LOVED it!

Series 1 was definitely better than series 2. I loved Hannah telling her stories through the tapes. I was good how everyone found out about each other's stories and how they impacted each other. It was very specific in the order that the tapes were played. I really felt for Hannah and understood the decisions he makes. The ending was so sad but it was understanding why she killed herself.
In the 2nd series I wanted certain people to get what they deserved and they didn't. It was hard to keep track of what was happening. When people were lying in court I wanted to walk into the court room and tell people the truth.

Heist movie mainly starring Kevin Hart (in a mostly light hearted role) and Gugu Mbatha-Raw as the two leads (with room for the likes of Sam Worthington, Jean Reno and Vincent d'Onofrio most noticeably), with the former a master thief and the latter an intelligence agent - each of whom previously fell for the other, when both undercover - who have to put aside their past differences and lead a heist on board an aircraft in flight (hence the double meaning behind the name 'lift'), transporting gold to a terrorist.

I watched this mainly so I could play spot-the-location (some of it being filmed in my home country of Northern Ireland), but have to say it was also better than I was expecting!
