This book was great! Building on what the first book brought us, fleshing everything out further, both in terms of world building and characters. The new characters are just as good as those introduced to us on book one, and the minor characters from both are easily as intriguing.

Really looking forward to finishing off the series with book three.

3.25 stars.

It might be because it's been a while between book three and this but I didn't connect with the story as much. Or maybe it was O'Shea being MIA. I just have such a soft spot for him and Riley...the last 10% or so boosted it up a quarter star though.

I'll be continuing the series shortly.
