Watched a new Netflix original called "Tau". It's a sci-fi thriller about a girl (Maika Monroe) kidnapped by a scientist to experiment on her, coding AI from peoples emotions. She escapes his prison but ends up stuck in his house under the scientist's watch with the assistance of his AI controlled house. Very good acting and story. The effects were pretty impressive and the cinematography was very well done. Netflix continues to make very good original content. Worth a watch!

Well that was a rollercoaster of a book! But boy was it awesome! I love a good mystery and this delivered on mystery and thriller and it had twists and turns and I loved every single second of it. it threw me for loops and it ended up the way I had expected(somewhat) though I had expected something slightly different I was pretty spot on with the ending! So exciting, I can't wait to read more books by this author.

Decent remake
Didn't have high hopes for this when I originally saw at the theatre, but I was pleasantly surprised. Haven't just rewatched, it holds up as a decent horror thriller with some great make up gore, work with wax (obviously) and some gruesome horror kill scenes.
It's your typical young adults stranded in backwater USA when the ghouls come out to play, but I found it entertaining if you don't think about it too much.

This turned out to be one heck of a thriller. Netflix did it again. Very dark and intense tale that takes place in Alaska. Reading the description barely touches the surface of the movies depth. The story played out great and the acting was very good. The imagery and cinematography were very well done. It's a fairly violent movie so may not be for kids. I'd watch it first and decide for yourselves though, parents. REALLY worth a watch though.

A tame version of Single white female basically. These types of films are always geared towards the teenage market that might not have seen the film that nearly all the ideas are from. By having the low rating though it suffers from not being able to be more shocking or disturbing. Also a case of seen it too many times before in countless films that have tried to copy SWF success. Average thriller, but I suggest you watch Single white female instead.

This novel is reminiscent of Gone Girl in its style and plot. The dual points of view with at least one, maybe two, unreliable narrators propulses the story making it a page turner. The twists are well executed and some of the characters are well fleshed out. However, there are many questions left unanswered, some loose ends that could have been tied up nicely and a few eye-rolling moments. All in all, an excellent psychological thriller with a twist.

This novel is outstanding! It is the second in a series but works just as well as a stand-alone since the author does a great job of giving the reader all the information needed without overwhelming the story. This exciting novel is everything an action thriller should be. It is fun, exciting, riveting and interesting. I can’t wait to read the next Joe the Bouncer book which I’m certain will be a page turner you can’t put down, just like this one.

I would like to thank Netgalley and the publisher for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This book contains discussions of childhood sexual abuse This is a very tense, well-plotted thriller that managed to surprise me quite a few times! It's the story of two men, Jakob in 1973 and Matthew in 2014. Both deal in some pretty gruesome murders and their fates are linked when a mummified corpse is discovered.

Not as transparent as the title
While not as good as Split it's still a very good above average thriller, James Mcavoy excels as the main baddy carrying up to ten different characters, I love Sarah Paulson but you'll hate her character at the end of this , Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson both play their roles with great gusto ,all in all a great film let down by tge ending
