This series is a fun meshing of travelogue and mystery. While the pacing did slow down a time or two, we also got some great scenes on the way to the satisfying conclusion. And we still hit many major spots in Egypt over the course of the story, making me wish I could travel there. I also enjoyed the references to Egypt in pop culture. Stefanie and Thomas continue to be great leads, and I loved seeing them grow again here. Plus the suspects proved plenty entertaining. If you wish you could travel more, you’ll be glad you picked up this series.
