Dec 19, 2019
Do you have a Toddler that you are looking for a good book for them play with? Well, this book called “What Shape Should I Be?” is just the one for you.
The book is made for babies and Toddlers. It a board book that is good for toddlers and babies along with young children. What a book that will help teach children or toddlers a bit of there shapes. This book does just that. It is good to entertain little children by allowing them to point and play with the book. It made for that.
This book is really good for toddlers and parents. I know toddlers like to play with books or parents want books that work with little children. They can do that with this book. Children and toddlers and point and see if they can find the shapes the book is asking them too.
I love books that can teach and learn about different things. It is cute but enjoyable. It is good for the ages of 00 to 04. Which I say is newborn to 4 years olds. The book is colorful. The words are big and so are the Shapes. Children can try and pick out the shape they are showing. They can even enjoy pointing and checking out the pictures and turning the pages.

Nice short sentences and brightly coloured pages are very attractive to toddlers. My daughter enjoyed this one a lot as she is fascinated with brushing her teeth and talking about the tooth fairy.

This book throws J.D. into the fire, or rather the toddlers. As usual there is snark, fortune cookies, and Bible Study. This is a contuination of the story of the Fletcher-Reid clan and shows the ups, downs, and overall craziness of a relationship.

Jenny Houle (24 KP) rated The Toddler Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Whiny Unfed in Books

I received a free copy of this book from NetGalley for an unbiased review.
Basically written much like a zombie survival guide, THE TODDLER SURVIVAL GUIDE is meant to amuse while showing parents how to basically toddler proof their lives. Helpful reminders about needing to step up the baby proofing because toddlers can and will climb EVERYTHING are sprinkled throughout the humor, etc.
As a non-parent surrounded by the parents of toddlers (and a few almost toddlers), the book made me laugh until I almost peed my pants, thinking of the horror stories they tell. It's like a built in birth control book, as if my friends' stories were not that enough already.
The book would be a great present for those parents who need to be reminded their struggles are not unique and they are not completely alone (all though, realistically, those parents don't have time to read a book). I'd also say it's a must read for those deciding if they are ready to have kids :-)

I enjoyed the pictures as they are colorful and enjoyable to look at. This book takes you on a tour of the neighborhood. Meet different heroes throughout the book. You can be heroes to be kind and friendly to your neighbors and say hello. Can your child or children tell you who are heroes in your hometown? I do not know if the contributor had this in mind when they release this, what good timing to have this release around when a pandemic has made us have to social distance. I know the Coronavirus did not make this to happen as it did. No one saw it coming well mostly us citizens.
With schools closed and kids home with their family. This looks to be a good time to get your young children and toddlers to color and learn at the same time. This is no different than before only know it just seems like it a good to have. Parents that home school or even do not but have to do so now. This is a way to have your little one be entrained and learn will teaching your other children as well.

Cat Up, Cat Down by Catherine Hnatov is a short and simple book featuring a black cat and a white cat that help teach prepositions with their positions. This is a beautifully illustrated, this book for toddlers is a great way to help teach them about differences while also appealing to those who love cats. Its easy to read and the illustrations are very simple but colorful which is perfect for little ones.
