East meets west
Thrown together in an East meets West scenario that puts Chinese detective Lee (Jackie Chan) in a perfectly bizzare pair up with loud mouthed, over eccentric, flirtatious comedy cop detective Carter (Chris Tucker).
With its explosive action, quirky humour rush hour has aged brilliantly that see's the duo awkwardly enter a cat and mouse game as they work together in order to track down a Chinese criminal who's kidnapped the daughter of a Chinese consul.

Great all star cast film
One of those films with a massive all star cast. A group of friends who come together during World War one run into each other again in the 30s when two of them are accused of Murder. However there seems to be a secret organisation at work trying to affect the Politics of the US.
One you need to have your brain switched on for to follow a busy plot with twists and turns. Worth watching to see the talent on show starring together.

Shaun Collins (3 KP) rated Doctor Who: A Brief History of Time Lords in Books
Jan 12, 2018
While a bit of background fluff, this book was so much fun to read. A thoughtful, well constructed, well put together slice of Time Lord history (and all the inconsistencies that sentence entails.) For a fuller review, see www.travelingthevortex.com
Erika Kehlet (21 KP) rated The Accident in Books
Feb 21, 2018
The Accident is a fast-paced thriller set in the world of publishing. I really enjoyed watching all of the threads come together at the end of this one. Some were obvious, and others came as a complete surprise.

A fun story full of delightful rhyming couplets and wonderfully creepy pictures.
My 7 and 8 year old spawnlings thoroughly enjoyed this one (they read it together by themselves) ... and without spoilers they understood the moral at the end.
