Interesting but over-complicated
While the plot is intriguing with hundreds of different tenets to the story, it may have overestimated its capacity too hold together as one tale. The endings of each plot also seemed mildly unsatisfying and a little obvious. May have been better to just focus on the one story.

Erika (17789 KP) rated Thor: God of Thunder, Volume 1: The God Butcher in Books

This first volume of this Thor run took forever to get through. It was kind of boring and I almost didn't read the next volume. Gods are all dying, and young Thor, current Thor, and old man Thor come together to eventually figure out who the God Butcher is, and it takes forever.

A pretty good straight to DVD action film. Some good fight scenes and stunt work. An assassin passes up a hit on a female singer and gets drawn in to protect her from the next taker. Feels like quite a few other films put together most notably Bangkok Dangerous and the Replacement killers.

My all time favorite book series! I read this book for the first time as a little girl, and I revisit it often even now as an adult. So cuddle up with a bosom friend, or a kindred spirit, and read it aloud together, there's more scope for the imagination that way!

I really enjoyed this play. I studied it in high school and I am studying it again in college. It is just so much fun. The only thing I have a slight problem is the ending. *SPOILERS* Why does everyone end up together without any repercussions? But, whatever, I still like it.
