Obsessed book reviews (49 KP) rated In His Own Defense (Lawyers in Love, #1) in Books
May 7, 2019
This is the first book in the series and what a fab start it is. This is a good easy read you'll wanting to get your teeth into. The story is about two people finding their happy ever after whether it be together or separate. The story doesn't have many hot and steamy scenes but still a fab story. This book has a fab ending. I cant wait to read more from

Representation and a caste system that is broken. Crows are at the bottom but without them the world would die of disease.
Characters are represented subtlety and you almost miss it. It is woven so seamlessly into the plot.
The Princess Bride meets Six of Crows and together they burn the world down.
If you enjoy the As You Wish of Princess Bride than this needs to be on the top of your list.

Wow.. I love how this one brought everything together... the sisters... the guys.. the magic.. and owen's amazing yet totally crazy mother. lol All of it makes sense through this book. Only thing I don't like is that it left it where I want one more to see where they are all at in a few years lol. Especially with what happened at the end (no spoilers here). Amazing series and I'm so glad I got to read and review it.

Puzzles aren't super challenging
I really enjoyed this game, though it wasn't especially challenging. The atmosphere is super creepy, however I scare easily so other people might not find it spooky enough.
I loved how things n the environment would change randomly, which unnerved me even more. I thought the storyline was really intriguing, and enjoyed piecing it together bit by bit. The game had PT vibes.

Entertainment Editor (1988 KP) rated The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game in Tabletop Games
Mar 8, 2018
Josh has been bugging me all year that it’s about time that we played this game again, and since we got together this past weekend for a ‘Lad & Dad’ gaming weekend, it seemed like the ideal opportunity to get it back on the table, and in doing so we rediscovered just how great a game it is.

Mark @ Carstairs Considers (2510 KP) rated 11th Hour (Women's Murder Club, #11) in Books
Mar 9, 2018
The Women's Murder Club only takes on two cases this time around. First, there are the skulls found in an actor's garden. Then there's the man killing drug dealers. I was actually surprised to find that the ladies worked together to solve one of these cases, which hasn't happened for a while. In the end, it's a Patterson book, but it was fun.

Slapstick Comedy
A must see family film
Dont get me wrong, its possible that it may not win many awards. As a family film is very enjoyable for both kids and adults. The attention to detail was amazing and some of the one liners had both kids and adults laughing together. For adults one big problem may arise, your kids may want rabbits as pets now ?

Should have locked its self up
This movie had a lot of potential but from the start you can tell that they didn't really know where they were going with it the acting was pretty bad the plot while there just never really took off and near the end it's kind of like they didn't know what they were doing and just slapped a bunch of stuff together and then Tada it was over, very weird pacing overall definitely let down.

A Great Summer Read
I started reading this book and couldn't stop. The chemistry between Danni-Rose and Benson is off the charts! Allison Mullinax has written a romance that sucked me in from the beginning and refused to let go. The writing flows so beautifully and the characters are great together. I loved the amount of support Benson showed for Danni and I loved the development of Danni. There was SO MUCH I wasn't expecting to happen in this!
Caffeinated Fae (464 KP) rated V-Wars in Books
Jul 12, 2018
Okay, I really wanted to love this book. It combines one of my favorite books (World War Z) and Vampires! Unfortunately, this book felt way too similar to World War Z that I couldn't help but compare it to Max Brooks' novel. The stories are mingled together and it felt that at times the storylines jumped around. I was never really invested in the characters and many of the short stories were flat.
Ultimately, I wasn't too disappointed, but I wasn't impressed either.
