I think if this had been my first Paige Toon book that I would have been interested in reading more of her work but I wouldn't have been in as much of a hurry to do so. It certainly hasn't been my favourite so far.

I thought that despite all the tales James spun in their time together that Lucy might have been a bit more sceptical about his claims.

As for Nathan he seemed like a great guy but I can't say I saw much romance between them initially. He seemed very good at playing it cool.

Off to read the sixth book she's written, One Perfect Summer, now.

DiCaprio and Pitt together on the screen, oozing style and confidence.

Glorious to look at, Tarantino’s love letter to 60’s Hollywood.
Saggy and overlong in places, this feels like Tarantino needed reining in at times. As such this feels like a slightly flawed masterpiece.... Tarantino’s Mona Lisa with a few accidental smudges. But its a movie that oozes style in recreating Hollywood in the late 60's.

Growing Darkness
Gwen- is a really good period folk horror drama that has elements of gothic, supernatural and psycholoigcal horror. Eleanor Worthington Fox and Maxine Peake are really good in this film.

The plot: Desperately trying to hold everything together, young Gwen struggles with her mother's mysterious illness, her father's absence and a ruthless mining company that's encroaching on their land. As a growing darkness begins to take grip, the local community grows suspicious and slowly turns on the beleaguered family.

Its a slow pace film but it does get intresting, intense, supernatural, gothic and psychological overtime. Its a good horror film.
