True Story
First published in 1979 – The Uninvited is the true story of an ordinary family living in South Wales who found themselves entangled in a series of unearthly encounters in 1977. At first the manifestations were minor. UFOs were sighted in the area, huge burnt patches were found in the fields, television sets and cars blew all of their wiring…but before long the Coombs family was visited by weird lights, huge white figures and a glowing disembodied hand. Their lives were disrupted and they were terrified by something unidentifiable and unimaginable. They were a focus for The Uninvited. For the first time in decades, the book has been revised and renewed with all new additional content and digitally enhanced photographs.

A modern day 'In Cold Blood'
This is a pretty incredibly written book about a real life murder investigation coinciding with the author's own harrowing experiences. While true crime is now a hot genre, Alexandria Marzano-Lesnevich has weaved together a humane story, a backdrop of how this horrifying crime occurred not dissimilar to how Truman Capote wrote In Cold Blood. However, her own horrific story parallels the investigation giving the entire novel a whole new dimension. Recommended read indeed.

Story stretched out too much (1 more)
Not a fan of the jumps between, Not always obvious who and where you are
Not what I was expecting - but ok read
I did finish and enjoy this book to an extent. I read it as it's been raved about on social media and I don't think it deserved the hype. Was Good, but I skipped a lot of unnecessary detail and the end was disappointing

Traffik
This is a very good film. I’m glad that I watched the film regardless of reviews I had read. I feel that it’s a very good storyline to portray as there are so many cases of trafficking in the world. It shows the double standards that exist how can police and people of authority be allowing this to be going on. Not going to spoil anything but would recommend watching

A true story of a 2 year old girl who was adopted by what appeared to be 2 loving parents who travelled half way across the world to be with her... and yet the young girl somehow ends up in foster care with Cathy Glass?
This is the story of what happened to the young girl during her time in a neglected orphanage and how it had effected her now she was in a loving home.
