A true story of a 2 year old girl who was adopted by what appeared to be 2 loving parents who travelled half way across the world to be with her... and yet the young girl somehow ends up in foster care with Cathy Glass?

This is the story of what happened to the young girl during her time in a neglected orphanage and how it had effected her now she was in a loving home.

Good show, starting to wane now
A good story based on the book by Piper Kerman.
The first 3 seasons of this were excellent, really gritty and true to life, after this the quality waned off and became a little ridiculous, season 5 was completely ridiculous and I dread season 6.
Im actually glad its the last one.
As I said the show has given me joy to watch for the first few seasons hence the 7 rating.

Hilarious black comedy based on the true story of Jordan Belfort and his journey to riches through nefarious means.
Leo should have received the Oscar for his portrayal here as it is believable and wide ranging.
Jonah hill plays his sidekick with keen wit, but it's Matthew McConaghey's brief but powerful turn with added improvisation that stands out.

Mixed feelings about this film. Leonardo Di Caprio was brilliant, it was energetic and it was funny at times but on the flip side I hated the arrogance and excess of the characters and it should have been shorter. It's a true story but I ended up disappointed as Belfort did not really pay for his crimes.

I did not enjoy the film for this very reason.... tragic that it's trumpeting him as great and holding him up as hero status.

"The amazing, inspiring true story of a young woman raised by a fundamentalist Mormon family in Idaho – she had no birth certificate, never attended school, never saw a doctor – who eventually, through sheer force of will, manages to leave, go to college, and ultimately receive a PhD from Cambridge. A lesson in what people can overcome."

Very good feel good film
An enjoyable feel good film as a coach with tough methods aims to to turn around the fortunes of the boys on his team, on and off the court. Samuel L Jackson is great in his role and although predictable it's a fun feel good film based on a true story.
