5 Minute Movie Guy (379 KP) created a post in Smashbomb Feedback

Sep 27, 2019
I'm not able to use the new Smashbomb widget on my WordPress.com website. I guess the tag <iframe> is considered a possible security concern. There are some widgets that are built into the site editor already, like Facebook and Twitter for instance, but trying to add an external widget through html did not work for me because it says <iframe> is not allowed. I'd love to add the widget if there's any other possible way to do so, but sadly, I'm thinking there might not be. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

I should note that if I upgrade my website to their Business plan, then <iframe> would be allowed, but it's considerably more expensive that my current Premium plan, so I won't be doing that any time soon.

I don't have the access to the plugins, you need a business account to use them

Same issue here on Wordpress. If I had a business account it would be allowed, but I do not and I'm not planning to upgrade.
