Jemaine Clement, brilliant as always (1 more)
Taika Waititi, also brilliant as always
Very Funny
Decided to watch this classic again as part of my Halloween movie session. A very funny mockumentary following a bunch of vampires who all share a house and bicker over things like not doing the dishes or not cleaning up the mess after one of them has feasted on some virgins. Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi are both brilliant in this. Rhys Darby also makes a very funny appearance as leader of a bunch of local werewolves and those are some of my favourite moments ("We're werewolves, not swearwolves").

I'm an illusionist, not a psychic.

Going on TV is supposed to advance my career, but things go wrong.

Like vampires and zombies kind of wrong.

My name is Sasha Urban, and this is how I learned what I am.

This was very different to things I've read lately. Yes it has supernatural elements but at first you're not sure what you are getting or where it's going. I really enjoyed reading, it had a freshness to it. The characters are just fascinating right down to Rose and her cat! Highly recommended also great to discover a new author!

Effectively entry #7.5 in Jim Butcher's Dresden Files series, this is thus set after the events of 'Dead Beat', with the White Council at war with the vampires of the Red Court.

Having been inducted into the Wardens ranks, Harry is sent off - with a few other such wardens - on a mission that proves (as always) to be more than it initially seems, with the tale then progressing into becoming effectively one of a siege.

I may be wrong, but I think this is also the first time it is made explicit that there is somebody behind the scenes pulling the strings ...
