A shy teenager falls for someone who transforms into another person every day.

David Levithan knows how to write around good subject matter. Consistently pleasing novels that make excellent movies. And this one was no exception to that.

The feel good factor about this one is high. And while I love a good romance I find it difficult to believe that even a hormonal teenager would choose to believe such a wild story.

"I wake up every morning in someone else's body." A plot point with lots of potential story lines. But lots that I think I would have enjoyed more than this. That fact doesn't take away that I enjoyed this a lot.

A film with no end and no beginning though... why are you guys doing this to me? Where was the origin story? Where was some resolution?

Amazing series!!

Since series 1 I was hooked from the way that franky developed as a character to the way that bee did and actually formed strong relationships with the people around her. You do have moments through the series where you asked why things happen? Why have they killed off specific people. Recently happening in this latest series and wanting to shake some of the characters in it to wake them up. Allie Novak especially what is she doing!! Think there should be her seeing a ghost in the storyline so that she can be bought out of Marie's shadow.... spoilers are in the above do apologise but it's a must see!!

**Many thanks to Netgalley and Gallery Pocket Books for the chance to read this collection for an honest review**

ALMOST HOME is an intimate examination of the structures within Kuhn's life, whether brand new or battered -- lost or found -- and it resonates with our own search for a place to call our own. I particularly loved "When I Wake", "My Old Self", "Prism", "When I'm Alone/ In A Coffee Shop/ I Find Myself," and "I Am Grateful You Are Not Me". I loved how intimate these poems were -- and how bluntly honest they were without bitterness or anger.

I guess the largest reason I enjoyed this collection is because so much of it mirror my own experiences, and it felt as though the poet was speaking of our shared pain, confusion, and moments of triumph or joy along our journey.

Alien Domicile is a low budget movie ($85,000) that can only be described as a cheaper made version of the Alien franchise. Five government contractors wake up to find themselves confined underground at the infamous Area 51. They are forced to confront a sinister government experiment and a horrifying Alien host.

The cinematography in Alien Domicile isn’t all that bad, there are some really nice moments when the lighting etc builds the tension of the scenes as does the camera angles, which all bring this little indie movie to life, the acting in the movie is nothing to scream about, it’s very much low-budget indie movie style, but again this is something that adds to the appeal of the movie and the style that the director has shot the movie and the production of the overall movie.

Find me when you wake up
Action packed, two of the worlds best actors, fairly easy story to follow BUT the ending.
What was with that ending? Unless another film is in the works - a film shouldn't EVER finish basically on a cliffhanger. A bad ending can ruin a film HOWEVER the ending in my opinion can be salvaged by some kind of clarification like a sequel. I've seen it a handful of times and I'm still struggling to see where the writers were leaving the story.
Other than the ending I did enjoy it, liked how kind of unique it was especially in a world where there is a million films with Aliens etc it stands out to me.
I would recommend a watch, see how you feel on the ending!

I've just spotted the release year of this film (1996).

I feel old.

I actually remember going to see this in the cinema when it first came out, and remember the buzz over the Special Effects created for the dragon (voiced by Sean Connery) in the wake of Jurassic Park: if I remember right, I think it may even have got an Academy nomination for the same.

Anyway, this is light family fantasy fare, with Connery (as previously mentioned) voicing the last Dragon alive, and with Dennis Quaid portraying a disillusioned knight who has vowed to wipe out all dragons, blaming the same for corrupting (or so he initially thinks) the son of a tyrant who grew up to be a tyrant himself (as portrayed by David Thewlis).

Also starring a - very young, pre Starship Troopers - Dina Meyers and Pete Postlethwaite, this is an enjoyable enough romp if nothing special!

Well I feel I have to say that this isn't my favourite series in the world...but I think this has been the best books so far.

Maybe it was the whole Kaylee and Tod thing, which I've been rooting for since early on, or something else that I cant put my finger on, but I enjoyed this one more than the previous.

Nash annoyed me no end in this, I know he's angry and upset but really? I thought you'd got it all out of your system in the last one! You've gone down in my expectations, I'm afraid.

Sabine wasn't as bitchy as usual; she actually helped Kaylee for a change instead of making stuff harder for her.

Book 6 is on hiatus for a bit until I read other books that I just cant wait to read (sorry Before I Wake, nothing personal)

Haunted Forever
My Soul To Take- is a good slasher killer movie directed by Craven.

The Plot: In the small town of Riverton, a local legend tells of a serial killer's oath to come back and kill the seven children who were born on the night he supposedly died. Now 16 years later, Riverton residents are disappearing again, making some wonder if the legend is true. Bug (Max Thieriot), plagued by nightmares all his life, is one of the so-called Riverton Seven, and it's up to him to save his friends from an evil that will not rest.

The film's title comes from a line in the prayer "Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep", which reads "If I shall die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take." The prayer features in the film.

Like i said its a good slasher killer movie.

I stumbled on this book quite by accident while on one of my hours long "grocery shopping" treks through Target. I have had several Erik Larson books on my To Read list for awhile. It was just one of those, "I'll get to them one day," kind of things. I saw this on the shelf & bought it on a whim. I found it it be a truly engaging narrative, not just about the tragic torpedoing & sinking of the Lusitania, but about the passengers & crew too. The human side of the story is what really grabbed me. I will admit that it started off a bit slow for my taste, but I did get immersed in the day to day lives of those aboard the ship. The tales of survival are amazing along with all the political maneuvering that occurred in the wake of the sinking. This is a fascinating snapshot of world history told from a very personal perspective. Well word the read.

I love the way Jodi Picoult gets into your heart and mind with her books. Luke Warren the famous wolf man has been in a terrible accident and is currently lying in a bed on life support. He has two children who see differently about what should happen to him. First is his daughter Cara who has lived with him and his wolves for the past six years and was in the accident with her father. Edward who left home when he was eighteen after an argument with his father and this is the first time he will speak to his father after all these years. Should life support be terminated or should they wait to see if Luke will wake up on his own. Journey with two kids who are just trying to do what is best for their father. Will they end up seeing eye to eye, or will something dramatic happen that will tea the family apart forever!!
