One of the original sci-fi classics

Up there with the original War of the Worlds as an original science fiction classic.

The art direction, look, feel and musical score of the film are amazing even by today's standards. Ok some of the special effects have not aged well, but it doesn't take away from the foreboding and interesting adventure.

Watch a brown-haired Leslie Nielsen do battle with the Krell alongside Robby the Robot.

"For when you need to see courage in action This is historical fiction about the occupation of France during World War II, and it’s hardly light reading. But it sure is gripping. It will transport you to another time and place so completely, you’ll feel like you lived it. And even though it’s maybe the last book I’d normally think of as vacation reading, it's a page-turning read about courage in action. Something we could all use right about now."

This book I loved. I was so into the book. It surely talks about what life was like once the Civil War ended. The North won. It tell about the south trying to get life back to normal and how they wanted the way it was. This book show you of how some slaves were treated during this time.

It tell a story about slave were once they were treated. There another story though as well but it I do not want to give way much. If you enjoy Historical fiction or Histoy of America this is really a good book to read. If you do not read Historical Fiction, I still recommend it you for it something to read and different then your your normal genre. You choose for yourself.
