I created a video explaining my slow decent into hating this series, book by book, for your viewing pleasure:

The ONLY thing that made me feel some resemblance to liking this book, was the fact that Sunny was great in the book. That was the only thing. There is nothing else.

So 3 more books. There really shouldn't be 3 more books.

This one kinda just passed by. It was just a solid eh. Many, many surrealism sprinkles atop this one. The characters develop but don't actually, because they act the same in the next book.

Oh lord, there are still 6 more of these.

About to start something that I think is a tad idiotic .. Have you ever heard of the app TubiTv??? Well, basically its a free streaming app built into my Sony BluRay player. And I'm going to watch and review all the horror films in it... There's 700# horror films on it... So it may take me some time. Im going to try and watch 2 a day.
I started last night with the classic "Zombeavers".

Always something to watch
Could have a better selection of horror (0 more)
Really good but could be slightly better
Loving Netflix these days, it's definitely improved over the last few years, especially with must watch series's. Everyone in my house uses it and there's something for everyone. I would like a better selection of horror films but you can't have everything I suppose and for the price I really shouldn't complain.

Meh
This movie was weak all around. The acting and cinematography were so-so. The story was a decent idea that just didn't get off the ground. It could've been done sooo much better in the right hands. The movie moved far too slowly and just wasn't scary at all. If you're REALLY bored and have nothing else to watch, maybe you could waste some time with it. NOT worth a watch.

If you were a Star Trek fan watch this
We watched this as the family is a Star Trek fan and we all remember Picard as the Captain. All the old crew is there plus new characters. We did watch this weekly and waited eagerly for each episode to be released. Bring on season two, but just a note of warning there are not as much stunts as the original episodes but still very enjoyable.

"I’m lucky enough to have studied with and been mentored by Kim Stanley. The Goddess, written by [Paddy] Chayevsky, was such an extraordinary film to watch. I hadn’t watched it until after I studied with Kim. Her performance is just so powerful and so extraordinary. The story is the foundation, but it was amazing to watch this woman I was studying with, and it was such an inspiration to me as an actor."

"I made a short film for the sixtieth anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival (Artaud Double Bill), which is a meditation on the scene where Anna Karina goes into a cinema to watch Dreyer’s The Passion of Joan of Arc and sees Antonin Artaud on-screen. Something about this sequence seemed to define the essence of cinephilia. Perhaps it’s just the thought of seeing actors watch another film within a film I’m watching."

"Probably my favorite role of all time was Heath Ledger as the Joker in The Dark Knight. That’s one of my favorites to this day. Just watching his performance in that is like… It never gets old to me. Sometimes I’ll just watch the movie, and I’ll fast forward, and I know exactly where his scenes are, and I’ll just fast forward to every scene and just watch them. So that’s another one."
