Nintendo has struck again!
Picked up this game last night and can't stop playing.

I love these games so much since Nintendo does a great job of playing homage to itself with these. Not too far along yet, but it is so much fun for sure. I even got my teenage daughter to play with me so that is saying something. I like the unlocks so far as it keeps you engaged.

The variety of stages and characters is amazing. I'm glad you have to work for unlocking stuff as that makes you want to keep playing.

Haven't done adventure mode yet, but looks like so much fun!

I'm actually going to buy an additional controller today.

For anyone who loves Nintendo, this one is a must!

Huh?
This movie-while having decent acting, cinematography and a few cool "creatures"- had a storyline that made no sense to me. The main theme of it seemed to be summed up in a line that was repeated frequently throughout the storytelling - "I don't know". Nothing was explained or seemed to have any point. Was it an alien movie? Was it something else? I don't know. I somehow made it through the movie, but only because I was expecting something to happen that would give it some kind of sense/ explanation - even if extremely far fetched or fantastic- only to be left with that phrase repeating in my head...I consider myself fairly smart, but I just didn't get this one. While visually interesting, this movie really is NOT worth a watch.

I loved this movie so much! Original and vague two of my favorites!

American awesomeness
The first time I watched this iconic movie, I am pretty sure I wasn't old enough to appreciate more than young Harrison Ford in his sweet ride, the music, and the great representation of souped up hot rods. When I watched it as an adult it was like watching a totally different movie! And even now, when I watch it I realize the depth and development of the characters, and the personal and political reflections of the time. This movie brought Coppola to my attention, and introduced the idea of how a good director can weave so many minute details into characters and themes.

America Graffiti is one of the best 'coming of age' movies I have seen. Well worth watching

Remarkable film!
I never realized how many parts of James Cameron's Titanic in 1997 were actually taken from this film or at least from accounts of what happened on the Titanic. Obviously, the basic story is about the same without the Jack/Rose melodrama.

Compelling doesn't even describe the emotions captured on screen when the crew of the Titanic realizes the imminent peril they are now in and how do they get passengers to safety without enough lifeboats?

The Carpathia agrees to come and help the quickly sinking ship, but they are over 4 hours away. Despite using signal flares and SOS, they cannot seem to get the closest ship to them to come to their aid which may have saves countless more lives.

Really enjoyed this film.

You'll either love it or hate it
Sadly I'm in the latter category when it comes to this film - I really didn't like it. It has a great cast but for me, this is all it has going for it.

I get what they've tried to do with this film with the metaphors etc, I just don't like it. Its never good when you have to look up the true meaning of a film after it finishes, and I really couldn't make heads or tails of it. Its just so bizarre and confusing and I spent most of it wondering what on earth was going on. This is worth a watch as it really is one of those films you love or hate, sadly it just didn't appeal to me. I'm just not cultured enough!

I have a love-hate relationship with Netflix. I love that they change up their offerings so often, there is always something new. But, and maybe it's just me, there is such as a thing as TOO many options. I can scroll through all the options endlessly and never be able to decide what to watch.
The way it pops up to ask if you are still watching is definitely annoying, especially on cleaning days when I just want to throw the tv on for the kids and get cleaning done without them up my butt and they come to get me after three episodes of their shows and tell me something is wrong with the tv. I wish Netflix gave the option to turn that setting off.

I agree it feels overwhelming sometimes and I don't want to check something out because I feel like there's so much to check it out

A must see
The style of this film is really unique. The viewer is watching as if they are behind a computer screen. Margot is a 16 year old girl that has gone missing, and the viewer gets follow her dads online investigation as if they were the one looking for her. This movie has you on the edge of your seat with all its twists and turns. It can also be emotional at times, as Morgot's dad starts to unravel. Her dad feels like a very realistic character, and he's reactions make you hurt for any parent who has ever been in this situation. I think the style of this movie makes a lot of people afraid to watch it, but sitting through this movie is not something you will regret.

Astonishing
Heart gripping and quite emotional. I was very excited to watch this as I have wanted to read the book a lot, unfortunately still haven’t been able to but I am so excited to as usually the case is that the books are better than the films (such as Call Me By Your Name).
It is also good how the film has handled the subject of everything included and hello... LGBTQ is within the film and that’s amazing!
Great to see Simon go through the whole journey and end up finding Blue even after everything he’s went through.
Also, may have been more into watching it because of the great cast within the film - like Nick Robinson (who plays Simon).
Would definitely recommend this film as it is amazing!

One of my favourite films now
I had already heard of the book and very interested in reading it (and hopefully will soon) so I had an idea of what the film would be about. I was not disappointed whatsoever, it is a loving and cute storyline.
With Lara Jean (Lana Condor) being so adorable especially made the character come to life of how innocent and oblivious she is to the signs that Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo) likes her.
It is unbelievably cute the way that they are together and how they try to convince themselves that it is all “fake”.
Although, it may be perceived as unrealistic (which is definitely is) it is still amazing and I would definitely watch it again and recommend other people do too.
And I mean, c’mon, Noah Centineo ?

Why do I love cheesy 70s and 80s sci-fi so much?
I think I watched this as a kid for the first time and was fascinated and spooked out all at the same time. Since I have been an adult, a purchased the VHS tapes, the original MG DVD release and will probably purchase the new Blu Ray editions some time soon (but haven't yet).

I am not a reader (wish I was), but this story of the first expeditions to Mars, what the humans find there and how they have to learn to set aside differences to peacefully coexist is still very enthralling.

Everything about it is cheese for sure, but I still very much enjoy the characters, stories and situations.
