"Bridesmaids: If you have not seen it yet then you probably don’t live on Earth. But if you do live on Earth and haven’t seen it you should check it out. It is one of the more modern of the comedy choices I picked, because if you want to see genius comedy – I mean genius, brilliant comedy – Kristen Wiig will just teach you a lesson, and show you how to be funny. She’s unbelievable in this movie. The story is relatable. If you didn’t think Kristen could be funnier, then get ready for Melissa McCarthy, because she hits you over the head with a cinder block of comedy. It is unbelievably well-written, well-acted, well-directed…one of my faves."

Stuck to the story a biOerall, I wa t better than the first
Not too shabby... But not great either
Overall I was impressed with this vision of Stephen Kings amazing novel.
Not half as good as Chapter 1... Chapter 2 offers way more jump scares than the first. But the level of acting by the adult versions of The Loser's Club did not measure up to their child counterparts.
Bill Hader pulled of. a Ritchie that compared well to Finn Wolfhard's version. Loved the banter between him and Jack Dylan Glazer.
Musschetti pulled of another visual masterpiece with effects that amazed my eyes including Stanley's head as a spider... That made me chuckle...
Check this one out folks... Well worth it

Well, that was unexpectedly good.

Nic Cage starring live action of Spider-Noir, available to view in either full-colour or authentic black-and-white, as a detective in the 1930s who also happens to be New Yorks one and only superhero, before giving up the latter following the death of his fiancee years earlier than this is set.

This is thus a mixture of detective work, pulling heavily from the detective noir (it's in the title, folks) of the 40s and 50s, as well as some body horror (the episode where it flashes back to how he got his powers) and a new take on some familiar foes (most noticeably, to me, Flint Marko aka Sandman).

Definitely well worth a watch!
