When I read about this book from the author that email that was sent to me. I was like yes I want read about this. I really did enjoy it.

It about the life of a Navy Seal named Adam Brown. It take you though this live from when He was born to when he died. The story starts out with an interview kind of setting. Though it goes though from How his parents meet and then and it goes though focus on Adam life. I really is a good read. It got to my emotions a bit twice though out the book.

There are somethings that Adam does that are strange but also some really bad things. You will be surpirese to see where he end up being. It quite amazing at what he was able to to do and fight though to get there. If you want a good read and Non Fiction book this is a good one to pick up and read. It read though this family and teammates and friends.

A Stranger In The House By: Shari Lapena
Adult Thriller 305 Pages

I enjoyed this book; I couldn't put it down. I gave it 5 stars.
It is about a woman who leaves her home in a rush after a phone call. She gets into a car accident and temporarily loses her memory.
During her absents a murder has occurred and the police don't believe that she doesn't remember anything. They keep questioning her to try to get her to remember.
Her husband and best friend are there to support her and help her.
Who was murder? Did she do it? What happened that night?
These questions will be answered when you read the book. This is a thriller and though I want to go in great detail I won't. I thought I had it figured out but I was wrong. This is the best kind of thriller where you can't figure it out because there are twists.
I greatly recommend that you read this book.

Revenge isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, that’s what Livark is learning. Blackmailed she turns thief for a wizard and lands herself in a plot that threatens the existence of the known world.

Livark is a gambler basically a grifter. She is the main character and her story is told in 1st person pov. There are other povs involved that are third person? Which include but are not limited to Casuel a wizard that is so easy to hate. That sorry sycophant. And Planir the Black Archmage.
You also meet Shiv another wizard that partners with Livark (blackmails really) he is also the first character that I had ever read that was openly gay. Or how did he put it. “Doesn’t cross the dance floor to find his partner.” Maybe not a direct quote but close. Also, Darni and Rashad warriors as well as a few other characters. If you want excitement danger and magic, this is a book for you. Edited: It is also very violent, blunt, and graphic in its content.

I received this book by signing up for Celia Kyle's newsletter on her website.

Don't you just love it when you hit upon a book that is as hot as hell but will also make you laugh? I know I do and that's what I got with Scarlet. She has reached the incredibly OLD age of 30 and hasn't yet found her mates. Due to her having the Mark, she is now having to attend a Gathering in which she will try to find them.

I love the descriptions of the Wickham triplets and find it hilarious when Scarlet's mouth runs away with her. She may have two mates but she is not prepared to just let them walk all over her.

The descriptions of Scarlet's Alphas was also very well-done as they did indeed seem to balance each other out. Madden made me smile more than once with his quips.

A novella but jam-packed full of action and hotness. Can't wait to read Gabriella, book 2 in this series.

A Quiet Place (2018)
A Quiet Place (2018)

So I am very late into the game of watching this film and honestly, I'm so glad I did!

This film was not at all what I expecting.

Firstly, the whole film has only two short scenes of actual dialogue.

The film centres around a couple and their kids trying to survive in a post apocalyptic world with creatures that will eat you if you make a sound.

The creatures are blind but have supersonic hearing so will hear the littlest of sounds, even from very far away, and will devour anything in their path.

Even with the lack of dialogue, the film hits a very emotional punch, but honestly, the film doesn't need any dialogue as it already portrays the perfect atmosphere without them.

The family communicate through sign language, something I assume they knew post apocalypse, as their daughter is deaf.

Everyone in the film plays such great parts and conveys such raw emotions.

If you are a horror or even a thriller fan, I HIGHLY recommend this film.

Im not a huge fan of the DCU, i didnt like Man of Steel, Hated Batman vs. Superman, hated Sucide Squad, didnt like Wonder Woman. I havent seen Justice League. So expections for Aquaman was really low. Thats why i didnt see it when it came out and i didnt see it in 2019. So finally in 2020, i finally saw Aquaman and what did i think, it was okay. I really liked Patrick Wilson as the villian, you dont see him in to many villian roles. I actually think he was the best part of this whole film. Yes you heard that right, the best part of this whole film.

Too much GCI, the action was off at many points, the acting for the other cast was terrible/bad. I mean some of the CGI was good, the rest was terrible and Black Mantis was bad. James Wan should just really stick to horror. Cause he is excellent in that.

You can just skip this film overall.

"Around the same time as The Slits, me and Antonia, when we met, we used to sing 'Vicious'. We were really little and were all ""waaa!"", nutty little girls running around, pretty funny - I doubt I'd want to have met us now! - but we thought we were hilarious. We used to listen to Transformer - he's just extraordinary. He was just fantastic, just grown up with him, so it's hard to find a way to describe exactly what he means to me. I found a book of his lyrics and you can read them and he's just the most extraordinary poet. He's someone else where you can just sit and read his words as much as you can listen to his songs. I met him once and he told me he thought I was a pretty good lyricist! It was one of the Leonard Cohen things that we did - we were sitting next to each other watching Antony [Hegarty] and we chatted and he said that. I always consider that quite a big moment in my life."

"I know it's not cool to go with a soundtrack album but, if I'm honest, this is hugely influential. The film is so wrapped up with my teenage years; when I first saw it I was the same age as the main character and I was somewhat terrified of being somebody like that. To see someone who's so nerdy and yet full of himself is frightening at that age. You wonder, 'Do I do things like this?' You become so self-conscious at high school, you worry about what your peers think, you're terrified of looking weird, or being weird. Somehow the soundtrack represents those feelings. There's lots of British music on there, like the Faces' "Ooh La La" and "Making Time" by the Creation. I grew up in a very small town, so a lot of kids I went to school with mostly listened to rap and rock from the radio. But I did have a group of friends who appreciated films like Rushmore and music like this."
